It's based out of Nuevo Leon Mexico and it has some amazing documentaries from around the world you won't even find on PBS, Sundance or LINKTV. They have everything from cartoons, cooking shows, medical forums, politics, a new docu-movie every week, painting tutorials, indie music artist, talk shows, cooking shows, do-it-yourfuckenself handy tips...EVERYTHING! This channel is really cool. It offers a variety of shows for children and adults. There are your typical PBS-style documentaries, but there is also really cool music programming and some funky shows which look like they are from Europe and they overdubbed them en Espaol. I've really enjoyed watching this channel since I finally upgraded to a TV which receives digital signals. If you like PBS and speak Spanish, I think you will, too.

KPBS was a very nice venue for this event and the catering team did a good job setting up the refreshments, small bites, desserts, and appetizers. Didn't need an appointment or anything. Score! I asked about the cost per signature and was told $15 per signature which again...score! I was elated to find out how easy this would be with SD City Notary. It was in a convenient and easy to find business park with lots of parking and good signage. Emil met me at the door and was extremely welcoming. He looked through the pages I brought and asked what exactly I needed. I completed and signed my portion and he notarized each document. The prices are upfront and we could get a variety of work done in one visit. We were very satisfied with the quality of work done beyond just carpet care. These are excellent friendly pros here. Despite not having access to water outside, in a clever move Rolando hooked into the in-unit laundry to get hot water for steam extraction cleaning. We cleaned up small items in preparation for the visit and they moved larger objects around to get a thorough clean. The carpets and rug became very fresh and new, much needed after 6months with a very-sheddy puppy. Within a few hours everything was dry and in time to pick up that puppy from doggy daycare. I highly recommend HVAC and dryer vent cleaning alongside any floor work. Not only is our laundry dryer functioning better and drying quicker but they removed an -entire- grocery bag of lint trapped in the vent line! This helps avoid a potential fire hazard. They also found a few handfuls of large pebbles that were inhabiting the AC vents. Strange stuff but all clean now!! Not only were they kind and professional but they educated us on continued care including HVAC good practices. They also, without charge: removed a fiberglass panel (similar in hazard to asbestos) that we were unaware of that was installed surrounding our living room vent, AND replaced old rusty vent screws, AND thankfully he turned the HVAC grates upward towards the ceiling instead of having the full chilly blast being directed onto our faces at the dining room table. So much good work in such a short time well worth the cost.
