The before and after pics are absolutely wild, I will try to upload a few later. Their price is pretty good too at $45/hour, I got quotes for $50 an hour and another guy quoted us $2,000 (LOL!). I really liked these guys, wish I knew of them before, I would have used them for my place too but we have a maid we love and won't be changing her.

I had contacted this service back in February 2019. I had set up an appointment to have my house…read morecleaned and had to cancel because of an impending doctors appointment. I called approximately 24 hours prior to my appointment to cancel, And stated that I would call back and reschedule. I called back numerous times and left numerous messages without any call back from the owner. I then used a different phone and was able to contact the owner and was told that I did not give enough of a notice of cancellation and they said I could have been billed for the service not performed. I apologized for not giving 48 hour notice of cancellation and set up another appointment for cleaning to be done. On the date of my appointment I contacted this service approximately one hour before my appointed time as I did not receive the promised confirmation call the day before. I left a message asking if they were going to show up for my appointment. I did not receive a call back and no one showed up at the time of my appointment. I then called numerous times that day and left numerous messages. The appointment was for April 8 at 1 PM and today's date is April 12 and I have still not received a callback from the owner of the service. I believe she set up an appointment with no intention of ever showing up. This lack of professionalism is beyond belief. She was very condescending and very rude when I had contacted her after canceling the first appointment. I had a feeling that she wouldn't show, and I really wasn't surprised when she didn't. I would not recommend this service to anyone and I hope she and this business go under very soon as I will do everything I can to help this happen.
