Although I signed reaffirmation paperwork for my car and did everything I was supposed to do on my end, I no longer have access to my account with my car dealership and can no longer enjoy the perks I was able to enjoy before I filed for bankruptcy with Ms. Walker because they claim they never received the reaffirmation paperwork back from her. When I called to speak to her about it, of course I wasn't able to speak to her. I spoke to an assistant who became upset with me for being upset about them ruining the great relationship I'd had with my finance company since 2019. I reached out to Ms. Walker through messenger, which she has always responded to in the past, but this time, no response. Very disappointed and angry and wish I had taken the chance and filed myself.

Was told to give her a bit to get everything put in and have the file reviewed then she would reach out to set up a signing appointment. Didn't hear anything back that day. I followed back up Monday morning, reminding them of the urgency to get filed by the next day, and was told she was having the file reviewed and once she gets back will reach out to set up a singing appointment and get the case filed. Didn't hear anything back that day. Reached out yesterday morning, expressed my anxiety about needing it filed that day, and got a very rude reply back, stating she was still waiting for the file to come back from being reviewed and if I did not feel it was going quickly enough that I was free to go to another attorney. I replied back that I still wanted to work with her, only because now I was in a tight spot with having time to go to another attorney. That was yesterday morning, as of Wednesday evening I have yet to hear back. Meanwhile, I did call another attorney this morning and was able to get an emergency petition filed TODAY! Absolutely horrible service and experience, DO NOT USE THEM!!!
