I was disappointed with the size of the cabinets, the refaced new cabinets are smaller than the old…read moreones so the old wood is more exposed, and one of my goals was to minimize the exposure of the old wood, which I did explain when I ordered the cabinets. I was told I would have more room for pots and pans with the pull out drawers but I actually have less, but had they suggested, combining the two small cabinets into one which the Carpenter mentioned, but it was too late because everything was ordered that would've made a nice difference - I wish it was suggested. The utility drawer for storing dry goods has never functioned properly. When I pull it out, It drops down and everything falls out. The Carpenter, who does not work for, Revelare directly( sub contractor) was surprised when I showed him the glossy booklet with the pictures of the cabinets I had ordered because he had never seen it- came back to fix it but a week later it broke again. I have called Revelare many times and left a detailed email over the past several months, giving them ample opportunity to convert me to a satisfied customer, but they have ghosted me. I have left messages for Cody, Barry and the customer quality team that called me twice to ask me how everything was and I told them my issues and they assured me someone would get back to me. No one has. It has been months and I've decided to write a review. . I have never written a negative review in my life! but ultimately I would not recommend this company. I paid in full- upfront as requested, I should have waited to pay the balance after the work was done, but they did not give this as an option. I have a very small kitchen and only had cabinets re-faced and four 6 new drawers. So, it was not a bargain, but I was hoping to have top quality work that would last at least 10 years and was willing to pay for it. Unfortunately, I did not get my money's worth on this one. Based on our needs we requested 2 appliance garages, a large countertop pantry cabinet, an integrated fridge and dishwasher, an island full of drawers--only drawers. The challenge of the project was to create an island that could support the open floor plan and was still functional and good looking. They succeeded. MHCC also designed a trash cabinet, a spice drawer and 4 other drawers with dividers, a cabinet with roll out drawers, a cabinet tower for microwave and wall oven. We wanted painted cabinets and John at MHCC helped us find the 2 perfect paint colors. We are very pleased with the amount of work space we have, the size of the island, the flow from work station to work station, the color scheme and quality of our sold maple cabinetry.
