Based on my personal experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this company. From the beginning, I did not feel I was given clear or forthright information. The installation process was especially concerning. The crew that showed up did not appear to be Window Nation employees, and the quality of the work reflected that. My installation took place on a weekend, by a team that had traveled in from another state, and the entire process felt unprofessional and disorganized. When I reached out with concerns--contacting both the Install Manager, Chad, and my Sales Rep, Josh--I never received a return call or email. I also wasn't able to reach anyone local who could help address the issues, which left me feeling completely unsupported. Pro: The windows were cheaper than Anderson. Reality: In my opinion, that "savings" wasn't worth it. The product quality and customer service I received did not meet expectations. By comparison, I've had Anderson install our front and patio doors, and their responsiveness has been excellent--I can still email or call my sales rep and immediately get support. Yes, they cost more, but in hindsight, I truly wish I had chosen Anderson for everything. (And Shana--yes, you were right!)

So many lies from this company! The biggest is they claim all the installers are Window Nation…read moreemployees....not true. The sales man stated I could claim the new energy efficient windows and doors on my taxes, we guess what I need an itemized bill as you are only able to claim the cost of the windows and doors, not the install. This was to confirm my appointment on the 21st of November, as well as the ETA window for their installation team, which was 0830-1130. On the day of installation, the installation team arrived at 08:21. The Team Lead (Ahwner) introduced himself, and we walked to the windows that were to be replaced. He explained that before beginning the installation, he would need to confirm the measurement for accuracy. Once he completed the remeasurements, he advised me that they would start the installation. Including the TL (Ahwner), there were four members on this install team. They quickly began setting up their work areas. They placed tarps over my laminate floors, entryways, furniture, and even the grass outside. This was to ensure that no debris or loose materials would be left behind. All the work was completed by 09:43. Upon completion, the TL asked me to walk the project with him to confirm my satisfaction. He asked if I had any questions about the completed project, then asked me to sign the order of completion sheet. Part of this process included a link/QR code to scan for the final balance payment. There was an issue with the QR code, so he suggested I call their customer service for assistance. Once on the phone with their customer service, they provided an email link that I used to resolve the remaining balance. What can be said that hasn't already been said? Overall, I am delighted with Window Nation's service. Their quality workmanship, customer service, and follow-up in addressing any questions or concerns I may have had throughout this process.

Also, be warned: what they show on their national website isn't necessarily what they sell locally in NJ. Save your time and talk to a company that is transparent about their pricing and products.

They were super responsive anytime I reached out with questions. Emails and calls were returned quickly, which made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. They also got someone out pretty fast to measure the windows, so things kept moving without delays. I ordered 10 windows for my townhouse at the end of February, and everything stayed on track. The windows came in April, and installation was set up for the very next week, exactly how they said it would go. The install team (two guys, led by the amazing Mark) was awesome, very professional, worked efficiently, and took the time to protect my floors and furniture. They cleaned up as they went, which I definitely appreciated. Scott, the owner, stayed in touch throughout the day of installation and honestly throughout the whole process. I had a couple of window and sash issues but Scott was amazing and the kind of communication and follow-through really stood out. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the experience. With regards to the heating of our home, the windows were no better than screens. I reached out, looking for windows and installers. I had a few people come in and estimate the job. None of them impressed me until Greg from Windows on Washington came over. He walked me through several options and explained how the windows they used were manufactured and why. Windows on Washington got the job. My windows and my doors were being manufactured. So they sent out a wonderful gentleman to get the final accurate measurements. Great guy. After that, communication was wonderful as were were assessed of the stage we were in. This included when we got the email and calls explaining that, since we were on a higher floor, they needed to bring in some equipment to lift the new doors up to our balcony. No surprises. Installation day was amazing as Joon and his team came in, got everything into place, and cleaned up the areas to better than when they got here. Joon then went over the features on our windows and even explained how we get to and clean the outsides of the glass. Wonderful man and amazing team. Since then, we have gotten copies of our warranty and the guarantees. And the company has reached out twice to ask if we have any questions and to ensure that we are happy with our windows. We are. We are very happy with our windows. Almost as happy as we are with the people who got them into our home.

The sales representative did not believe that WW did that kind of thing anymore, but had a very difficult time understanding the kind of window I was describing. I spoke with that person 3 times to try to help him understand this is not a typical window, but one that is fixed in place. To no avail, I chose another company. I would give WW a 2 star rating.

I purchased 11 windows (my whole house) from Window Nation in June 2025. While the salesman seemed…read moreknowledgeable, there are some issues of which I am not satisfied and based on these, I would not recommend Window Nation. First, the energy efficiency of the product is lacking. The salesman, using a sample window and a little device, noted the temperature on one side of the window using the device and then noted the temperature on the other side of the window without the device. A marked difference. However, this winter during a cold spell, my home was quite cold. I had to increase the heating system thermostat temperature to make the home warmer. I put my hand on the inside of several of the windows and surprise, the cold was coming through the window. I had to purchase new thermal drapes to put on windows to try and keep cold out. My utility bills were through the roof this winter so that little gadget was useless. Secondly, when closing an open window, the upper pane slides down with the lower pane and you have to reach up the outside of the windows to push the upper section back into place to be able to lock the window. Lastly, I opted for the 18 month promotion. The service company Window Nation uses is named "Service Finance Company, LLC". THEY ARE A WASTE!!!!!!!! All of their Customer Service Representatives are offshore and when you call, they have no clue how to solve your billing issue. I pay my bills online and since purchasing the windows, I have only had ONE (1) month where I did not have a problem making the payment. All in all, I would suggest that you look elsewhere for windows and not window nation. Oh, and one more item, I received a card in the mail noting a promotion, but 2 get 2 free. Well, it was bogus as the salesman noted that this promotion does not include installation.

Because it is a big project, I actually contacted at least 7-8 companies for quotes and ended up using American windows because of their best price and the best windows brand and glass package. Energy efficiency was my priority so I want the best price and best windows which seems to be very hard. But Jay (the project manager) made sure I got what I wanted. The team went out to install 40 windows and they absolutely did an excellent job. They were super friendly and professional. I'm very neat and detailed so they made sure all windows are cleaned and properly installed. After installing, they vacuumed and even mopped the floor for me. I'm very pleased with their work !

Amazing experience from start to finish! We recently had American Windows replace all the windows…read morein our house and it could not have had a better experience from end to end. Ben was our point of contact throughout the entire project. He came out to take the initial measurements, talk through the project, and generate a quote. It was a complete zero-pressure experience. After receiving the quote I made an appointment to visit the showroom (though Ben also offered to bring some window samples to the house). We really liked the windows (Sunrise Restorations) and moved forward with the project. The installation went flawless! I'm a bit of a perfectionist and usually have to stop myself from nitpicking on small little flaws from general contractors, but American Windows did such a stellar job I couldn't find a single flaw in their work. I'm very happy I went with them!
