Next requests for the problens we wre having, They were many and varied . No more converation, it was all turned over to a secrtery. Theb it fell apart, SHE told them she and I had a long discussion & blah, blah, blah. We had NO SUCH CONVERSAION. Also said I turned down the chance for a one on one meeting with the principal attorney--which I did not. I sent 3 letters to correct the errors and all I got was I missed the meeting I was never advised about. None of it got me any answers or repsonses.
