Established in 2012.

Eric started out as a solo practice attorney in his hometown of Viborg, SD in November 2012. In April 2013, Eric moved his practice to Sioux Falls while maintaining a satellite office in Viborg one day per week. Eric continues to travel to the Viborg office on Thursdays each week. Eric focuses on Estate Planning and Business Planning while also helping clients with various other areas of the law.

Meet the Business Owner: Eric R.

Attorney Eric J. Ronke found his way to the field of law after starting his career in finance. While working as a life insurance agent, Eric realized that he wanted to help families avoid devastation and achieve peace of mind through proper planning. Eric enrolled at the University of South Dakota School of Law and earned his J.D. in 2012. After starting out as a solo practice attorney in Viborg - his hometown - Eric moved his practice to Sioux Falls in 2013. Today, Eric practices bankruptcy, estate planning, and business planning. He uses his financial background and his broad knowledge of the law to help good people who are facing bad situations. He is licensed to practice in South Dakota State Court and the United States District Court, District of South Dakota.

He then Informed me to keep him updated on current happenings regarding the case. That was 5 months ago. I was told by email last week he would be leaving the law firm and suggested I ask another attorney to assist with my case. I contacted the main account but the phone was never answered. I finally received a call back today by Nancy Vollertsen who stated they did not have a letter of execution on my case and that Kris Reed never took on my case. I wasted almost half a year on a time sensitive matter to be told I essentially wasn't being seen anyways. Nancy then insisted on calling and emailing me to confirm they never received a letter for my case and that I was in fact the issue, thus confirming their poor communication skills.

This review is for a $240 deep clean on a small 900sqft home: They did not clean base boards as…read morepromised, they did not clean the laundry room at all, they didn't clean the foyer at all, I'm pretty sure they didn't even mop the floors anywhere is the house, there was bits of food in the kitchen sink so I'm pretty sure they didn't clean that either and they didn't vacuum near the walls in the house which was very apparent. Windows were untouched and dirty, microwave dirty, dust on mirrors in living room and tables so those were not cleaned at all. 5 wins for worst clean i have ever had on my house. Another private cleaning lady came in and cleaned the house again the very next day because you could not tell the house had been cleaned at all. I'm trying to imagine what they could have possibly done for 2 hours and 5 minutes with two people in my 900 sqft home, because they definitely weren't cleaning during that time. I couldn't even smell cleaning products when I entered the house. It's like I hired two people to hang out in my house for 2 hours. I do not recommend this very dishonest cleaning company. When I told my landlord about it she informed me that this company has a very bad reputation in Sioux Falls and this does not surprise her in the least bit. Here are pictures. Those are crickets on the carpet near the walls. Feel free to check out the photos I posted. These were taken when I came home from work after they had "cleaned" my house. I live alone.

I can't say enough about Eric Ronke and his firm. I have gone years without a Will or Trust in place because when we're younger we never think anything bad will happen. Truth is that we're only guaranteed today. With a young son, I decided to call Eric and ask him what I needed to do. He didn't tell me what to do.......he gave me choices and then gave his professional recommendation. Because of his personal approach to his craft, along with his affordable rates, I immediately felt comfortable with him and set up both a Will, and a Living Trust. I can rest easy knowing that if anything were to happen to me, my wishes for my son would be followed up with.
