The photos from my shoot were a gift and I had a deadline. OWP came up with a plan to get me a final product two weeks before my dead line! My first meeting was in the studio, all aspects of design were covered and I pre-ordered a bound book. Although my final costs were more then I wanted to spend ($$$$), the quality of the work was worth every penny. The overall communication with OWP was amazing and the customer service was great. Olivia and Chantille wonderful to work with. The shoot was really fun! Olivia and Yakeima (awesome designer!) made me feel relaxed and kept the mood upbeat and exciting. I have nothing but great memories and would not change a thing about that shoot! A few weeks after my shoot I went back the OWP studio to preview the photos for my book. Viewing my photos was difficult; the computer program was sluggish and loaded everything very slowly. The process was a bit awkward; they had just rearranged the studio and didn't quite have the computer situation or seating figured out so that could have been the problem. Although I am very pleased with the way the photos turned out I felt that the review process took longer than it needed to. The photography itself is amazing. I choose Olivia because her work speaks for itself. The artistic, professional look, and quality of Olivia's photography is exactly what I was looking for when I found her online. I am very pleased that the real life work matches her portfolio. What you see is what you get... and what you get is great! I had to leave and I had to get the cake from publix and now my kid is cranky for her photos. The third shoot was for Christmas pics and on three occasions she said she had to get going, she had another shoot. My 2 year old being cranky wasn't working well for her and she wasn't in the mood. Mind you she did nothing to help get my child to smile. I was running around doing all the work. she didn't provide me with my photos until the day before Christmas Eve so I was unable to send out Christmas cards. She overbooked herself and was too overwhelmed. Me and several others suffered because she was selfish and kept booking photo shoots knowing she couldn't deliver in time. Lastly, I had booked my daughter's 2nd birthday photo shoot. Before the session I asked if I would have the photos in time for her birthday and she said no. I told her I understand and asked for her to please refund me the deposit. I have screenshots of the conversation stating from her that she would give me my money back. she also said she was in to deep and couldn't believe she over booked so much. now she is ignoring me and won't give me my money back. It's just bad business. I hope this doesn't happen to others but I bet it has. Many of my friends and family will now no longer be using her after what she has done. Crystal, it's the principle. Please follow through on what you said. I want my money back. I do not recommend.

Zachariah was caring and thoughtful in the lead up to our big day, he made thoughtful suggestions and was flexible with our needs. He was timely, easy, and joyful to work with. All of that combined with his technical talent lead to a beautiful film that really captured the vibe of our wedding. He arrived the day before our wedding to capture aerial sunset footage of our venue. We were unsure whether to get the aerial footage, but Zachariah encouraged us to and in the end we are so happy we did! His drone footage was incredible and seriously added to the filming of our event. On the day of our wedding, he arrived early and worked really well with our photographer who he'd never met. He directed us well during necessary moments, but mostly went with the flow of the wedding. His expertise was clear when he knew where to place his many cameras and move them accordingly as the night went on. Additionally, his music background makes for wonderful audio to complement his video. We were lucky to have him also take pictures and delivered us a sneak-peek picture the day after the wedding! He then sent our wedding highlight film under a month after the wedding (honestly the only reason it took him that long is because we were slow in giving him the music suggestions)! The video is incredible. We have watched our wedding film multiple times already and know that it will be cherished for the rest of our lives. Everyone who was at our wedding has commented that our film truly captures the essence of our wedding.
