The problem: My license expired on a Sunday, I'm headed outta town one week later. The resolution: Recommended by a friend, I locate this facility, enter, pull a number on the right wall, have a seat on the left, wait until my number is called, once my number is called I proceed to front desk & badda bing, badda boom, say cheese for the pic & I'm outta there... 30 minutes flat. One might say this was the exception & maybe so, but I will venture to state even on a "uber busy" day, this place is not nearly as busy as the other DMVs in the GNO area. Good thing is this facility seems to do all the good stuff i.e. reinstatements, title changes (I know 1st hand this happens here), license renewals & vehicle endorsements. I'll be back in 8 years!!!!

Harvey was a nightmare yesterday with over 150 waiting to be served/hot/gross. 7 people ahead of me, and 4 people working at their computer, I was able to take care of two things and was done in less than an hour, this included stepping off to the side and making a phone call to my insurance, and waiting for a document to be faxed over to the office, and being helped again. Highly recommend taking the drive if you want to save time in line!!
