Received a letter from this person. Called yesterday and left a message no call back. So i called again this morning, very unprofessional. He answered the phone like it was a personal phone. And i tell him i got a letter from him, and the first thing he said was bankruptcy starts at $1500. I tell him this letter is not about that and then he said something about it will start at $900. Rude... I received a letter from this attorney stating that he was interested in my case (Now, I know it was a mass mail scam). I called him, not only was he rude but he gave me legal advice without knowing anything about my case. He said to file bankruptcy if I could not pay 1500 to retain him (The letter stated he wanted to help for free) when he didn't even know I only owe 2,000 to the person suing me. Not recommending Nick and his team at all!! I have experienced a "breach of juty" from him and his team. They did not help me on several requests and kept putting me off. I needed help to get my bankruptcy stopped but they let it go 6 mos past when it was supposed to in my check. Costed me 2k more out of my pocket. Not recommended!!! read more

Now I know that's what lawyers are about, but don't send mail to me extending and promoting free consultation if you're not going to do it. RUN! In a time of comprised income I used NB to represent me in a divorce proceeding. He told me I wouldn't be required to attend the first hearing, then less than 18 hours from the hearing date, and in my first week of work at a new job, he informed me I did need to be there. He would never call me when we needed to discuss something but had me call him, he answered when he wanted to. This guy actually tried to QUIT my case while in the hall outside the court room because I was insisting he treat me more professionally. He told me he hated my (now ex) husband. Then to top it off never checked to see where ex-hubby was residing, turns out (I found out after the case was closed) that he had purchased a house. Under Michigan's Dower Law wives automatically own 1/3 of any husband's interest in real estate, whether they know of the ownership or not. This bears repeating...RUN! read more

I called their office and was told that I was going to be served, they also wanted $1500.00 to represent me however my medical debt was half of their cost.
