When we called on 2/16/26 for an appointment, we were told no physicians were available until March, despite this being a multi-provider practice. The only option offered was a visit with a Physician Assistant, which we scheduled. We have consistently expressed that we do not wish to undergo nasal endoscopy. This was never required or performed during prior visits with the ENT physician, and our condition and symptoms were unchanged. Despite this, the PA refused to provide any treatment unless a nasal scope was performed and did not escalate the situation to a supervising physician, manager, or offer alternatives. The following day, we visited our primary care physician, who reviewed our ENT records, performed an exam, and prescribed the appropriate medication without issue. Unfortunately, this experience felt driven by protocol and billing rather than patient-centered care. Being required to undergo additional procedures that were previously deemed unnecessary raises concerns, especially when continuity of care is not maintained. We would not recommend any practice that does not listen to patients or respect established treatment plans.

My daughter and I were able to get in today. This staff is the nicest office staff: every one of them welcoming and friendly. Dr. Cooke is fantastic and listens and doesn't rush. I finally decided that I needed to go to an allergist to hopefully figure out what the root of my problem was. I have had ezcema in different parts of my body, but for the last 3 years my legs had been affected to the extent of not being able to wear skirts or shorts because I didn't want anyone (not even my husband) to see the scabs, scarring and ugliness of it. After performing a couple of tests and learning what my triggers were Sonya sat down with me and went step by step on how we needed to tackle this. Within two weeks my legs had healed and started looking normal. The beauty about Sonya is that her background is in dermatology but her being at an allergy location helps with not having to visit two different doctors. The altamonte office staff is awesome, the check in lady (hate that I can't remember her name) is so nice. I was there so often my first month that she always had my chart prepped! The MA's are fantastic. They also fit you in day of should something happen which is hard to find now a days. The only negative that I have is that they try really hard to see you at your scheduled time but sometimes get delayed. However this being said, the wait is worth it.

Cut to me being in the office, I even showed up early in the case that I got blindsided with filling out the forms manually... Instead, they literally hand me the forms while I'm going back to talk to people and fill out everything. I've already filled out a number of times. It's almost like this place is a front for data collection. I literally walked out with no help, And no plans to return. Note to whoever runs your portal? If you're gonna put such a premium on making us fill out forms early? Put them all in there. That was ludicrous. I foolishly went back two days later to give them another chance. I was very, very sick. No one was at the front desk, though Ari came out to say hello. After 30 minutes, no one had handed me paperwork, told me what was going on, and it all looked to be an exact repeat of the last appointment -- so I left. They didn't notice I'd left until I was basically back at home. Ari talked up how the prior thing happened "because she wasn't there", but I dare say that I literally had a worse experience. She mentioned "well, we're busy!" - that was painfully untrue based on the waiting room. Office manager agreed that Ari had been briefed on how to handle this, but chose to fumble the entire thing a second time regardless.
