I called them and they said that I would have to have it towed back up to them and THEN they would decide whether to cover it under warranty she said they needed to see it first even though I had all the pictures. I asked to talk to the technician who worked on my truck only to be accused on Google reviews of being racist because I happen to want to talk to a man instead of the woman who answered the phone. (It's not racist if I want to talk to the person who worked on my own truck!) I paid more money to fix the damage that couple of car guys did. Then I originally paid couple of car guys. ($3500.00). What would have happened if the front of my drive shaft dropped down like it did but with me being on i-75 going 70 mph? I've seen cars get catapulted from a drive shaft coming loose. Be very weary, this place is going to end up killing somebody with hand tightened bolts on critical pieces of hardware.

Very time consuming as it is at any shop/depending on what needs done. All in all though they are…read morevery nice and try to be as helpful as possible, they act like they actually want your business, because they do. They don't over charge, very good establishment. This will be our 5th time here (with different vehicles) and all have been fixed wonderfully. I'd suggest going here if you're young or don't know much about cars, because they aren't out to get you. They actually want to see you driving a safe car
