Once during a sub zeo freeze we had a main pipe to our horse barn self destruct... that man came out in 12 deg weather in a gale and went after that broken pipe trying to thaw enough to get things working using a torch...I will never forget the sight of that man in a driving wind doing everything he could to help us. The wind was too high to get that done anbd we ended up having to wait till the high winds came down so he could effect a repair,It took an extra day but as quickly as things were possible he got it done. That kind of service is just unheard of...and we are very grateful to have such a skilled professional close by. We had him rebuild the plumbing under our house, replacing it with a high tech system that will not break. He got that done quickly and reasonably, and we haven't had a problem since.. So let's reiterate for people who may be following this conversation. The price of R 22, (Freon)which is difficult to find according to Paschal (so I'm told but not true)charges $499 for the First pound and $175 for each additional pound. The company that put my new AC unit in charges $125 a pound. It's certainly not hard to figure out the math that Paschal certainly for the 1st pound charged me $379 more for the first pound and $75 more for each additional pound in comparison of the company that came to my house to install a new AC. Furthermore, this gentleman said he didn't know anything about the plumbing side and he would have to reach out to them regarding the $1500 refund I have requested from Paschal for the extremely overpriced work that they did at my residence On the hot water heater replacement. This included $1000 to dig around a box that houses a pressure relief valve is absolutely highway robbery. You should be ashamed of yourself. And that is only part of the hot water heater replacement coming in at $4800 for an 80 gallon hot water heater. I would suggest you (potential customers) to up for yourself and you tell me people if you think that this is a reasonable. Paschal H ,whomever that might be ,who responded to my review trying to appease me with what he thinks is reasonable charges for a company is absolutely ridiculous. We are hard-working and retired consumers of this/ your area Paschal.When you come to our homes for a repair of plumbing or AC heating, etc we as consumers, should at least expect a reasonable estimate on what it would cost to fix our broken item. But it seems that that is not in your company motto. I understand that Paschal is a company that is buying up all the smaller companies around Little Rock and Hot Springs area funded by a larger company. Furthermore, technici are told this is what you have to make when you do a certain job at a home. So if it takes 20 minutes or two hours this is what you are going to pay as a customer. And this is coming from your own technicians. I get that my hot water heater was installed almost a year ago, but when I had you come to my residence and want to charge me 100% more than the next AC company to put Freon in my air conditioner and the cost of your new install compared to what I paid triggered me to give you a one star review for your outlandish prices. I requested a $1500 refund from you and of course you said absolutely not! The only thing I hope now from people reading this review, please understand there are many more companies out there providing a service that you need for substantially less money. Paschal is not here to save you money. Paschal is here to make as much money as they can for each every job. My 1star review stands.

Do not use Service Solutions in Sheridan!!!! Took 4 months to get a bill that was NOT postmarked…read moreand obviously hand delivered to my mailbox since it had the wrong city on it. Turned me over to collections which the invoice they sent me was returned because of incorrect address so collections called me. Told them the situation and I was going to speak with them. Personally went to the office in Sheridan with non postmarked invoice someone from their company put in my mailbox. Asked for an adjustment due to their incompetence of sending a timely invoice. Was told they would pull me out of collections, talk to owner about adjustment, call me and resend an invoice and took down my correct address. Needless to say they did NOT pull me out of collections, sent an invoice for the full amount 566.93 that my insurance would have paid since it was a busted pipe in my house that American Leak Detection found. However, waiting 4 months to hand deliver an invoice to my mailbox my claim had already been closed. So I am stuck with a 566.93 bill that would have been covered under my insurance claim. The lady in the office was rude when speaking with her. Ya know it is a federal offense to put something in someone's mailbox that isn't delivered by the post office!!!! I would NOT recommend this company at all!!!!

I have now had the pleasure of using every service from CITY, they have been the go to for all my…read moreneeds it seems. I had many air conditioning companies come out when I found these folks, everyone else said I had to replace, these guys took the time to see that the system luckily still had parts available and got me up and running, they replaced all my ductwork and saved me a small fortune. I was adding a bathroom in my over 100yr old home and I couldn't even get a plumber to actually show up. CITY showed up fast and worked along side me to create the layout that made sense, moving my water heater, washer and dryer as well as adding a sink, toilet, and shower and let me tell you Victor and team did no disappoint on what was a tough job Now I had them come out and set my house up with a gas line and they again showed up and did great work.
