We go to yelp for help, and find 2 HVAC companies that are open Sunday. She calls the first one that is open, but the reviews are terrible. She listens to the up sell for a minute, then listens to her gut feeling and hangs up. The second call is to RYP Mechanical, the answer is YES, we can be there in 30-45 minutes. The tech spent 4 hours getting the furnace operational, and would come back the next day to replace a faulty part. The best part of this story is, she was treated like a friend.
