From the initial phone call to get information and a quote to the completion of the project, Eli Torres and his team were extremely professional, courteous, and efficient. They responded immediately to our request for information and we received a comprehensive quote the same day Eli came out to look at the property (which was only days after our initial phone call). We contacted Torres Tree Service the last week of March. They came out and gave us a quote on March 27 and the project was completed by April 9. Pricing was reasonable, and they did a phenomenal job not only grinding up the stumps of the two full trees that were removed, but of cleaning up any/all debris from all the other branches they removed. If it weren't for the visible new wood from the fresh cut branches, I would have never known they were there. We will definitely be using Torres Tree Service for all of our tree trimming needs and I highly recommend them.

I wasn't sure how much it would cost, but when I called k&b they had a very reasonable quote of only $300. When I set up the appointment due to their schedule I had to wait about a week, but only three days later I got a call saying one of their crews had finished another job early, and could they come take care of our tree before the scheduled time. I was deleted delighted. A crew of onlt three young men very quickly arrived. They were safe and efficient, and had the whole tree, taller than our two and half story house, was down in just under an hour. Even more wonderful, they spent the next 40 minutes or so completely removing the trunk and top roots out to a five foot radius, raking and preparing the replaced soil, and completely reseeding. Within a week, that circle where that ugly tree had been was the best looking spot in our lawn! Best of all, it was all completely covered by the quoted price! No surprise charges at the end. Last month we noticed something going on with it. They came out and let us know that the tree was suffering from a red maple fungus, it was very severe and not going to get better.
