I chose Fascination Flowers because they were about 4 blocks from where I wanted to send them. I can't believe how terrible the bouquet was. Just awful. I wanted to spend $30.00 on flowers, but also had to pay $11.95 for delivery (of 4 blocks). So $47.40 with taxes. I've bought much better AND larger bouquets of flowers for that price at the grocery store! So disappointing.

Overall satisfied with the final result. I knocked one star off because I asked for a photo of the final product but was told they were "too busy" to accommodate this request. I paid 170$+ for this arrangement and had I not been invited to the service (cap at 25 people due to Covid), I might never have seen the final product. I like seeing what I paid for, we all work hard for our money, so I'm not sure why they couldn't accommodate. My friend went with another florist and they had no issues sending a photo off ahead of delivery.

I live in Southern California so naturally turned to Yelp. Of all the florist listings, I choose The Flower Market Waterdown because I liked their flower arrangements and the shop also sell home décor and gifts. That worked well with my plan, because I wanted both arrangements to be in interesting/unusual containers, rather than the standard glass vase. I emailed the Flower Market my very detailed requests for both arrangements and Vesna promptly responded. She knew exactly what I wanted and days later emailed a picture of the containers she sourced, and they were spot-on. The morning of delivery, Vesna emailed pictures of the final arrangements and they were perfect. She then emailed to let me know they had been delivered as per my specific afternoon delivery time request for both. Thank you Vesna for two beautiful arrangements and perfectly executing my ideas and wishes! Follow up: The day I arrived home from Burlington, I was told an elderly pet, who I adored, of dear friends had passed away and I wanted to let the family know we were thinking of them. She explained that the employee I dealt with had been giving her problems for a few weeks and she has since been let go. For this reason, I'm changing my review.
