Now, I am receiving bills from both Rotech and CareCentrix. When I called the office to find out why I was being billed, no one could provide a clear explanation. It is extremely frustrating to be told one thing upfront and then receive unexpected bills later, especially when the staff cannot explain the charges. If there were costs that I would be responsible for, that should have been clearly communicated before I was sent home with the equipment. The lack of transparency and accountability has made this a very disappointing experience.

So thats 30 days without any medication and 30 days the condition could have worsened. Put me through a series of breathing tests that arguably could have initially been relevant but at some early point I felt she should have referred me to a specialist. Talks a good game but led me to believe she was a specialist in another field and instead was a sleep apnea doctor which is totally unrelated to my condition. I don't know what the problem was but it made me irritable. My check in took 5 minutes. My appointment was supposed to be for 2:30. It's 3:15 and I still have not seen the doctor so I'm penning this review as I sit here. Doctor finally came to see me at 3:25. After consulting with me for about 20 minutes and giving me a plan he left me in the room and told me to wait for someone to schedule my next appointment. I waited and waited. No one came. I literally had to go back to the waiting room and find a member of the staff to help me understand when and if someone was coming to finish up my visit. He spoke to someone in a room that I couldn't see and then sent me back where I came from. Finally, the original nurse who did my intake returned. So all told I spent an hour and half there for a 20 minute session. You tell me if that's okay or not.
