And - they file incorrectly with the relevant County Surrogate Court. This firm has held up Probating my Father's Estate from his death June 23rd - was returned to their office on Oct 29. Filed incorrectly. oh - they never actually FILED until 10/24. Really? they created the Will AND the Trust!!! Today is 11/12 - Safe Harbor has NOT YET notified me that the Probate Petition was returned to them on 10/29??? Hmm.
