After looking a long time for the right home, and negotiating a purchase contract including a specific closing date, the owners of the property decided to arbitrarily and unilaterally demand a 6 week extension. Lebaudy's staff was always responsive and helpful in getting the owners to fully understand the predicament they were putting us in, and the potential liability they faced due to their actions. In the end, we were able to take possession of the property 2 weeks late, but far better than the proposed 6 weeks which would have made my children and I homeless due to the sale of our home.
