Sometimes we were so keen to just get a house that we were willing to settle or make hasty decisions. So I didn't really understand why she said she was closing and all the signs were still out. I have never ever been asked to leave an open house because of timing. The agents always just kindly let you in and if I know I've carried them past their open house time, then I go through quickly. Did she just turn away the next buyer of the house? Wouldn't a good agent be willing to give an extra 10 mins or even 30 mins to a potential sale. Was the person who entered a few mins before us the home owner? If so, why would you turn someone away in front of the owner and display your lack of effort? We stayed outside the house for a few mins (taking a pic and looking up the agent) and she still didn't take the signs down. Don't take chances on this one. There are so many great agents. Just move on.
