It took weeks to get them to put estimates together because everyone has reduced hours, supposedly because of the economy. I used them for wood flooring and tile work. I wouldn't use them if they were the last business on earth. I never bother to write reviews but i couldn't let someone else endure this if it could be avoided. Avoid these people at all cost. Lowes in Gilford is very friendly, has good prices, provides estimates promptly and shows up exactly when they say they will. I am in my fifties and have owned and renovated several homes and this is literally the single worst experience with a small business I have ever had.

There was over a foot of snow we are both I'm disabled and my friend was helping me shovel until we had somebody that plowed it but these two people for realtors they will take advantage of anybody them somebody will be held accountable because I was told it was supposedly 54% for fuel for propane and I've only lived in the home for four days and it was at 25% so there's no way that propane would've been at 54% so they totally lied on that as well I had to pay out of pocket this is not right that I had to pay for this when I was told one thing and it's another. I was always told by Woody you can trust I cannot trust anybody from a realtor office anymore and I will not recommend these two to anybody or this firm again do not trust them.
