This service provider also stated, in writing, that this "price" includes "materials, labor, equipment, and tools". This means that this service provider promised to render "all" material and labor services for a total cost of $6,500. This service provider also stated, in writing, that they would "set fence to make "straight" and level". We were charged $7,800 for materials and labor instead of the $6,500 placed in writing by the service provider. In addition, this Split Rail Fence was "NOT" set "straight". Complete poor quality and poor value! In addition, what position has this service provider placed me in with Carroll County, my neighbor, a future buyer of my home? Will I be forced to incur costs to have this fence placed in a "STRAIGHT" line; aligned to my property line? Also, this service provider stated in writing and I quote...."Should you make disparaging remarks against me, R2, or David's company we will engage our litigation firms to take action against you for defamation of character." end quote. So, a customer is not allowed to provide comments regarding poor quality services they received and paid for? Since I paid for these services, I then, under the law, have the "RIGHT" to "judge" these services. What is this service provider afraid of? I will never be bullied!
