After the crew left, I noticed two issues - a soap dish was broken and in the kitchen, the rug runner that runs through the middle had been mangled in a vacuum cleaner (at least that is what it looked like to me!). I immediately brought both to the attention of Jannet, Jannet's response was immediate and appropriate, including a partial refund. This type of service recovery is RARE in the service marketplace. Personally, it made me increase my respect for Marse and resolve to give a positive review for them, recommend others use them, and openly say - I would use them again, definitely! They responded right away and were able to come within an hour of making the call to come. They took the time to really make our new home feel like a home.
