06/30/24 Nicolette has now helped us sell one home. The market was challenging for sellers with the interest rates being so high. Nicolette expertly advised us on setting a price for the house. She held numerous open houses and really worked hard to sell the house. When the buyers' inspector found a couple issues with the house, Nicolette reached out to our plumber who fixed the water main line to ensure the permitting was brought up to speed.
