This is a great restaurant, the staff are attentive and subtle with a friendly approach. I'd never…read moreeaten in a proper Japanese restaurant before, so we explained this, and the service was excellent ! Our waiter was friendly and listened to our concerns. He suggested some dishes, and carefully explained them to us, then left us for a while to decide. Never did we feel rushed or an inconvenience to them. It's ideal for party groups, and I recommend you sit at the bar for that style of food. Very exciting, however we noticed that some couples were sat there too, and were a little overwhelmed by the flashes of flames, smoke and the general theatrical goings on. Plus it's hard to talk to someone when you're sat side by side. You're better off sitting at table. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I would want to rate Moonsha at 3.5 but rounded it up to 4 because the good outweighs the few…read morenegatives. We visited this restaurant for the first time on Wednesday evening. Whilst it is a good Japanese restaurant, one of very few in the local area, we have had better and at a much more reasonable price. The atmosphere in the restaurant is nice, the teppanyaki show interesting to watch and the staff attentive and very friendly. I would however criticise the pace of the meal and the interrupted flow of service. All dishes were brought out when they were ready, regardless of whether other people at the table were eating or awaiting something. This meant some members of the party were eating whilst others were chatting, and were then left waiting for the others to finish. I also feel that for a vegetarian the prices were VERY over inflated. 6 pieces of vegetable maki sushi were £4.90. The choice was also quite limited compared to other japanese restaurants that I have frequented. I was also very disappointed to not find any tofu dishes on the set menus and teppanyaki. My tip for a great japanese dining experience, (very popular with the local japanese community in Nottingham) at a much better price is Bonsai restaurant in Nottingham. Amazing Teppanyaki set menu at a great price!!!!

We went to Thai Dusit on a Sunday evening. We had booked the table for 4 a few days before but it…read morewasn't over busy so we could have fitted in without booking. Its very conveniently located with Bold Lane Parksafe Car Park across the road. It is quite a small place but everything fits in well. Its pleasant decor and the staff are traditionally dressed, which adds to the Thai theme. Whilst we were studying the menu, there was a small basket of thai crackers placed on the table, which is a nice touch. We had 3 courses. 2 platters for 2, one meat and the other vegetarian as a starter. Both were delicious, my favourite part being the satay sauce (because I LOVE it!!). We all completely loved our main courses. I had Massaman Gai, which is a curry I have had before in another restaurant, and it was perfect. I would have loved to have been given the sauce in a flask to take away with me!! The quantity was great (my mum had the red thai curry and couldn't finish it so asked for a doggy bag!). We just had enough room for pudding. They were nice but simple. Either frozen desserts or I had banana fritters. It was the starters and main course that made it for me. And I can highly recommend finishing with the Jasmine Tea. Delicious. The service from the staff was just right, no hassling and very polite. For four of us, 3 courses and a few drinks each, it came to less than £100 which I think is very reasonable. I will definitely be returning to this place.

This is one of my favourite restaurants. On a relatively quiet street in Derby it is easy to park…read morenear if driving. It is also very close to the city centre if you want to go and have a few drinks in the hustle and bustle! This thai is one of the best I have been to for many miles around. Just really tasty, real thai food.... I am getting hungry just thinking about it. The service is fantastic. Set in an authentic decorated restaurant... you can almost imagine you are in thailand itself- well not quite but you know what I mean! A must do.......and not too expensive, you pay for what you get!

Zero stars I had food poisoning from eating from turtle bay…read morederby 4 years ago, immediately after leaving restaurant, never had food poisoning before so I stopped buying from that location and I didn't make a complain about it neither which I regret doing now. However since this year 2024, I started to eat from there again, to see if they have improved food quality. I recieved festivals with raw dough, just before I bite into it, I realized something was wrong with texture so I binned it. I received 3 pieces of curry lamb in my food and about 6 big chunks of big fat. I complained about food quality and turtle bay confirmed they don't remove fat from meat so its just unfortunate that I received fat instead of meat. They gave me partial refund in voucher instead of full refund as compensation. One week later after receiving raw dough, I wanted to use my voucher, so I decided to buy from derby location again. I purchase jerk chicken and served it to my children and husband. My children complained meat is red, I had already started eating chicken myself, then I stopped and open up meat and all of the center of chicken was bloody, red, pink and texture was soft and looked uncooked comparing to the top of meat. I binned all the jerk chicken. I complained again to turtle bay head office; they responded chicken is cooked as the core temperature reached 75 degrees and told me I can request refund from deliveroo. I requested refund from deliveroo and deliveroo rejected refund, I told them that deliveroo rejected refund and they did not reply to my message but instead remind me that bloody chicken is cooked and safe to eat. I am so disguised with turtle bay and their head office, I will be complaining to food standard agency about them and I will open chargeback with my bank to get my money back. I will never again buy from them. They sell people unhealthy food, high risk food and don't like to refund customers neither. When is the uncooked food not safe to eat? After you eat it and get food poisoning. I got food poisoning from food they claimed the core temperature had reached 75 degrees. Do not buy into this nonsense never eat food that looks uncooked.

That being said, having 2 time options for happy hour still makes it pretty great. I cant speak about the food because I have yet to eat there. Maybe next time
