The receptionist was dismissive, spoke to me in an unprofessional manner, and did not provide the same level of assistance that was given to others who were served before or after me. Specifically, when she was trying to dismiss me and my two sons because of our insurance being inactive , but I explained to her that they were active . This interaction made me feel unwelcome and concerned that I was being treated unfairly based on my race and ethnicity. I believe all customers deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism. I hope this matter will be reviewed and addressed to ensure that everyone receives equal treatment in the future. Other than that I am pleased with the dentist who had so much patient with my son who has autism, as well as his staff. The only concern was the front desk receptionist other than that my son's dentist visit will still continue going forward with this dentistry.

I hate to leave a bad review but I honestly don't want anyone to go through what I went through so…read morehere it goes: I saw Dr. Headley yesterday for a filling and the entire time, he and his assistant were saying "wow it looks so good, I can't even see the difference" and I honestly thought I was crazy when I looked in the mirror because the filling looked so bad to me. I thought that was just how it was supposed to look. I FaceTimed my dad who is also a dentist afterwards and he told me no, if I'm unhappy with it, I should get it fixed or he'll fix it for me next time I go home. I called back this morning to give them a chance to fix it and was told by Dr Headley himself that there is no other shade available, he would not be able to fix it, and I'd have to pay out of pocket for a specialty clinic that does not accept insurance and that this is the best shade match for me. I sought out a second opinion at the Hoover location and they were able to fit me in same day and fix it for free. I'm leaving the pictures below. I understand I was extra picky because it's my front teeth and it affects my smile and daily confidence but I think the difference is insane. I can't believe he didn't tell me to just go get a whiter shade and made me think it wasn't fixable.

They also stated my husband came in late for an appointment which they have a 15 minute grace period he was 4 minutes late they tried to turn him away, they then stated that he missed several appointments which they charge for but he has a zero balance which clearly shows he hasn't been late. The service that has been shown to us is very appalling and it clearly shows discrimination. We are paying for a service, we are not asking for charity work and that's how we have been treated.
