The Chambers office is located in Fultondale in the same shopping center as Target, Ross, and JC Penny. The waiting area's always clean and cool, which is a blessing in this Alabama heat. I've had tooth pain and cavities before and doctor Chambers and her team always get me back in shape. I'm also a fan of her hygienists, they're always friendly during my cleanings and while taking my x-rays.

That's fine, but 2 people that had appointments after us already went in. If you skipped us, that's ok, just don't make up a BS excuse. Secondly, the parents are not allowed back if the kid is 3 or over. I get that bc I would probably baby him. But when I heard my child screaming from the waiting room and they still wouldn't let me back I was pissed. This was his first time to the dentist and nothing was explained to us. At the end we had to ask what all was done to him. They said the screaming was bc he didn't like the toothpaste. Probably true, but now my child is going to be scared of going to the dentist next time. They didn't even explain what the token was for that they gave him, I just figured it out when we were checking out. Not at all a good experience! We talked briefly with Dr. Parvin and she seemed nice, but we will be finding somewhere else next time.

I was not charged for the consultation (+) and advised as to what I might want to try. I returned in September having not worn my top retainer for about 3-4 months. I was thinking I would have to have braces again and at my age I didn't want wire ,I wanted Invisaligns. This would have cost around $1600. Dr. Browne assured me that I wouldn't need to get braced up again and that my teeth had not lost much alignment. Whew! Instead, I paid for an impression for a new top retainer and I picked up in 2 days! I couldn't believe the short turn around time. BUT WAIT there's more! My bottom retainer had a rough edge on it. Dr. Browne clipped and smoothed it off and it was as good as new. No charge! (+) I am most appreciative to Dr. Browne's HONESTY. No one tried to upsell me or get me to buy products I didn't really need. I'm grateful to the efficiency of the staff and getting the work done in such a timely manner.
