Last night I submitted a repair order because our kitchen sink was leaking underneath. This morning when I turned the water on it was really bad. I called the office and spoke with Chris. Within about an hour Joey was here and evaluated the situation. We needed a new garbage disposal. An electrician needed to put in an outlet for the new disposal and then they would return and put a disposal in. An electrician called within 2 hours and was here within the hour. By 3:15 we had a new disposal and a non leaking sink. Thanks again WPM, you're the greatest.

Nothing has been done it's been almost two weeks and it's over 85 degrees in my house and everyone is giving me the run around. I've spent money on hotels, my son is 6 with severe asthma and has had a nose bleed for days. I let them know this you think they cared? Nope not one bit. my whole experience with these apartment has been some of the best i've ever had with any apartment…read morecomplex i've ever had. from the second i call the building manager ms josslyn she has been nothing but kind and understand. i wasnt able to come and look at the apartments in person so she took the time out of your busy schedule to make a video of every apartment that was available and email/text them to me..she also explained all the pros and cons of each ones. once i narrowed down which ones i liked she went back and facetimed me so i can see them in real time what each of them looked like. she was very detail oriented when going over everything with me and making sure i understood. once i signed my lease i told her the date i would be flying in and she met up with me outside and allowed me to used a flat cart to help me get my stuff inside. i dropped off my belonging and she showed me around the building for the first time...it was as beautiful as she said it would be and so much more. i only thing i had a small issue with was my bathroom cabinet but i put in a work order and the maintenance staff fixed it within a few days(only because I wrote that it was a low priority) but they had called and came to assess the problem within the same day if not the next absolute professionalism from everybody in the building, especially ms josslyn i couldn't recommend this place enough thank you fyi i had a studio apartment on the sixth floor with an absolutely gorgeous view sorry for the bad grammar and spelling

She also stated she would take a 5.5 % sellers commission instead of the customary 6%. I didn't think much of it until a few weeks after signing the listing agreement that she indeed was charging 6% and not the 5.5% she had promised. During the initial meeting she said she wouldn't be putting her agency sign outside because more and more homeowners were making that choice for privacy. I thought it sounded a little odd but this being my first time selling a home I didn't question it. None the less the second it sold there was a sign planted in the front yard. I had just purchased a new Samsung washer and dryer a few months prior and I had them listed as an exclusion in the sale, however I was forced to leave them when I moved. Unfortunately the refrigerator had a maintenance issue while the condo was listed and I could have spent $200 and had it repaired and all would have been good but again was forced to give the buyer a $2500 credit. Gretchen is nothing more than a bully and a thug and will say or do anything without any consideration for honesty to get what she wants. She accepted a low ball offer without consulting me and set up 2 closings, a closing for me alone and another for the buyers so we wouldn't meet, how insulting. While taking care of some final touchups before an open house one of Suzannes employees was lending a hand and started talking about Trump's stolen election and she couldn't understand why we couldn't agree with her. My friend found it so disturbing and unprofessional he left. If you see Powers Realty Group coming, turn around and run.

The 2 bedroom, 2 bath that I lived in was spacious and updated with grey vinyl plank flooring, and an updated kitchen. Almost every guest we ever had complimented the apartment. Having a first floor apartment with a yard was great. You can't beat the location. It is quieter on Commerce than Water, but you have all the conveniences of living on Water. The proximity to the Fiserv, and all areas of town is great. Despite negative reviews, I had great experience with the management. Every service request I had was fulfilled within a day or so. Even going as far as completely replacing our washer and dryer when we had some issues with that. All in all, I have been impressed with the management of the building and enjoyed living there.

It's the third apartment I've lived in and I've never felt more at home here. It's a safe neighborhood and the complex has great amenities. The pool and hot tub are great in the summer, and the fitness center is great year-round. I haven't yet gotten the chance to go in the main building due to COVID-19, but haven't found the need to at this time. Whenever we have needed maintenance, they've been there. The longest wait was one, maybe two, days. I truly commend them on their job. It depends on their workload, but I had a low-priority issue that was taken care of in less than two hours from when I submitted the work order. I can't think of one issue that we've encountered here. I'll most certainly be staying here until I purchase a home. Take reviews from years ago lightly. Whatever was an issue prior has certainly been resolved.
