We rented a 20x40 tent with sides and a heater for our backyard wedding in late October. We were…read moreable to comfortably seat 30 guests, and have a small food and bar setup as well. John was absolutely great to work with! He is very responsive, accommodating, and lets you take your time making a decision after he's offered his expert opinion. When we started planning our event, we were only going to get the tent, and maybe the sides, but the weather forecast wasn't looking promising. John's suggestion of a heater that comes with a thermostat was perfect and honestly a lifesaver. Not to mention that we only added the heater on merely a week before the wedding day, and everything still went off without a glitch. The setup was completed well in advance of the event. The tent was sturdy, the heater setup was excellent, and everything looked great. This location has a lot of different rentals includng white chairs, round tables, and rectangle…read moretables for parties. They basically only rent to people that live in Worcester or extremely close by. You will need to provide proof of where you live in order to rent from them. They charge a percentage when you first place your order and then require the rest of the payment 2-3 prior to your event. They offer delivery. We live on the other side of Worcester and they charged $50 for delivery/pick up total - really not bad! They are not open on Saturday or Sunday so if your event is on one of those days you will either have to pickup or get delivery on Friday and then return them on Monday... they do not charge you any more for having them the whole weekend. The tables and chairs we rented were in really good condition.
