I bought and replaced the module myself, and then contacted Adiel (aka Eddie) at AFA. He promptly sent out a locksmith, Carlos, who cut and programmed a new ignition key for me within fifteen minutes. Adiel was great with communication, and Carlos was very professional and understood the truck's computer system better than the guys at the dealership did. When I noticed, the day after the installation, that the mounted television appeared a little crooked (compared to the straight lines of the adjacent AV console and shelves), Beck-Tech sent a technician over within a few hours of getting my e-mail.
