I was pleased when they told me that the cheaper generic battery was better then the more expensive ones. No up selling, I didn't feel like I was taken advantage of at all. I asked about it and was talked down to by a gal who was outright rude to me. I own a computer repair shop and was trying to help a customer be able to monitor his security cameras when he was out of town. They say disallowing incoming ports is for "security" reasons, but I cannot find any legit reason they do not allow this basic feature that ALL other ISPs I have ever dealt with allow natively. This business is rude and unprofessional…read more I have had the "pleasure" of working with this company twice. There was notice sent to my business to garnish wages on an employee. As the business owner, I placed multiple calls to Gorge Recovery Service asking for clarification. I did not receive a return call. I received a second notification threatening the business if I did not comply. Again, I placed calls to Gorge Recovery Service asking for clarification. Again, no return call. Garnishment was completed, but with unnecessary expense to the business owner. Garnishing wages is an expense to set up with payroll, extra time taken by the employer (typically 1-2 hrs), and extra time and expense posting it to accounting correctly. I felt Gorge Recovery Services Inc was inconsiderate to the effects they have to a business and the least they could have done was to return my call. Eight months later, I received another notice for garnishment for the same employee. This time, the paperwork had the incorrect SS# for the employee. Again, I called and left a message except this time I was very direct and said that I legally am not obligated to garnish wages when paperwork is filed incorrectly. The business called back and assured me that it was correct. I sent the employee to go discuss the case with them the following morning. During their conversation, it was noted that the SS# was indeed incorrect, but rather than apologize, Gorge Recovery Service said they would need to correct and resubmit the paper work and that it would be an additional fee to my employee....for their mistake. Eventually, they settled and garnishment was put in place. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The balance was just over $6k and they do NOT take credit/debit card payments. My only option was cash. The woman harassed me about borrowing the money to pay it. I know I have obligations, however, as a single mom, my priority is taking care of my child...not borrowing to pay back a debt faster. Had I not responded to the call, they would not have the information I gave them regarding my employment. I missed a payment and she garnished my wages. When people are in a really tough spot financially, the last thing that comes to mind is paying off collections. I have had my wages garnished at 25% which is disgusting. These people have no soul and will stop at NOTHING to get paid.
