The first was a 30 foot pear tree that was growing right next to their fence and was overhanging their sidewalk. The second was a 40 foot pine tree that was even more inaccessible. It was in a corner right beside our shed and fence and was also adjacent to their patio. The arborist was extremely skillful in his planning and removal of the trees and my parents were overjoyed with the result. Told their employees make their schedule, after a few times asking for an eta , after 6 hrs told it will take a few days for a call for an estimate. Asked why I wasn't told that right away , got that is how the company operates. If o was told that initially would have looked for a sooner response from another company, as I was worried about incoming storms flooding around my foundation, if I had known would have made amateur fix, but delayed telling me eta for 6 hrs. Then tell me it would be unfair to write review on initial customer service as I didnt go thru with their ambiguous eta. After 6 hrs found out it would be a few days before I could even talk to a tech for estimate, asked why they didn't tell me eta at first and was told a cple excuses like they were busy due to the weather, fine why dont you tell that to customer like a tow truck would during a blizzard. Not a really upfront company
