We popped in to the Nike Factory outlet. It is huge, very clean. It was not busy while we were there. My BF needed a pair of sneakers, and he is a hardcore Nike wearer. He found a pair he loved, they fit perfect. We thought they were on sale for 79.00. Marked down from 179.00. We were happy. When we made it the register they were actually 49.00. We also qualified for a 15% discount, due to my app and points. I guess I bought the grandkids some Nike items online, and they give credit in their store. In the end, they were 44.00. Can't beat that. We were in and out, in 30 min. For my BF that's successful shopping. Quick, painless, and happy with his purchase. The staff at the Register were very friendly, and kept the line moving. My only suggestion would be to have more folks on the floor. We had questions, and couldn't get them answered. I ended up having to get the info from the app. I don't like working that hard for in store shopping. If I'm in the actual store, I want attention. I even had to locate and measure his feet myself. We wanted to know his exact size because our online shoe purchases have not worked out. That part was annoying. Worth checking out for deals, love the clean store. Not happy with the lack of employees on the floor. read more

In this review I would like to mention their customer service. They were super nice and super helpful in the in the young lady you helped wasn't lead lazy at all. She went back and searched and search for the right size for the shoes I needed until she eventually found them. And this is the reason why they get four stars, so why not five stars? The previous sales person I approached and asked for the shoe just told me we don't have decides and that was it. I didn't even think to ask someone else assuming it is what it is. This store doesn't have a ton of stock like other Nike Factory stores, but it still has a lot of great deals and the staff are friendly. Went in here for their Black Friday sale today. They had an additional 25% per cent off your purchase from Thursday at 8pm till Friday at 10pm, an awesome deal, so I loaded up on gym clothes and air max sneakers! read more

This may be the largest store in this mall. If not, its close. It true NIke style, its a prime location and is busy. The shoe selection is huge, but like always, you have to look to see if your size and style preference is there. Then clothes they have are ok, but I don't think they are very marked down. The music is too loud here, but the staff are nice. read more

I love shopping there, but the staffs there are clueless. They over charged me for my pants, when I went back to adjust the price she instead refunded me the original price they charged me and applied the credit to my new transaction telling me we are refunding you the difference. I never saw the money in my bank, they never adjusted the price. They don't how to do the simple math there, my 10 years old can figure it out in less than a minute. read more

Very disappointed at the staff. Starting off wth slipping me a $25 MVP Card instead of a $50 one on my $300 purchase and hoping we wouldn't care or notice. Next, after I refunded everything, by missing an item during the refund and costing me a $20 that I only realized later because they didn't think to even check the refunded total with me. Still, a very large selection of great discounts. There are just issues with both the training of the staff and their attitude towards customers. read more

Much belated kudos to two employees at the Nike Waterloo, NY, Outlet Store. Happy to acknowledge the excellent customer service of Joey on a late September 2019 visit. While busy stocking, Joey welcomed us to the store, understood what type of shoe I was shopping for and never missed a beat in helping me find just the right pair of running shoes. Felicia at check out made sure I had Joey's name on the receipt. Now see that in order to acknowledge their excellent customer service I should have used the survey at the bottom of the receipt. After hunting on the internet, this is the only spot I am seeing for acknowledging their pride in their work and their Nike store. I was very disappointed with my latest visit here. The back wall is not an additional 20% off like it usually is, even though the sales associate told me it was. At the register they refused to honor their word, so I put most of the shoes back. I'd recommend calling first to see what promotions there are. Doesn't accept AAA discount!!! read more
