True to a weekend trip to an outlet mall, this store was buzzing with traffic on a Sunday afternoon. I came in for children's shoes, and they were easy enough to find. However, there are fewer options on the shells, in traditional bright colors that you might expect for girls. Because I was paying close attention and circled the children's shoe area a few times, I realized that there was a pink and white shoe on the display wall in the children's section that was not on the shelves. I was able to find a staff member who radioed for someone working that section to come help me. The worker was able to get that shoe for me from the back, and it was an affordable price ($40). I was able to get in and out of the store in about 30 minutes, with a reasonable shoe option in hand. read more

I went to the store today knowing that I wasn't going to find something for myself. Now I always find my daughter & son clothes... I decided to purchase a pair of tights. I was reluctant to get them @ 1st. So I walked around the store with my friend. Looked @ the price because it was on clearance it was $55. Didn't think to look @ the original price. Purchase everything. Got home which is 2hrs away. Looked @ my receipt notice that the tights I purchase was 39.99. It had 2 tags on the card pulled the top tag off which had $55 which is the original price of the tights to see that the 2nd tag had $28 on!!! Why was the price marked back up? That not Good at all. That's the reason why go to Pooler outlet Better Selection & Better prices!!!! Call the store spoke with the manager. I asked are they known for marking prices down & marking them back up. Of course he said no. Didn't offer me no solution just said sorry that happen to you!!! REALLY!! I'm calling corporate 1st thing Monday morning.. read more

This store lacks professionalism. Delayed opening store was supposed to open at 1. Employees didn't start to come in until 130, people waiting outside for hours and no one came to offer any updates. Then when the store finally opened hours later, employees treated customers as if it was their fault that they had to open. I expect better from Nike and will not be coming back to this location. read more

This is a great outlet! It is run very effectively. All of the employees are very friendly, and unlike pretty much every store ever, they have an employee working by the changing rooms. There are lots of sales going on, and they surprisingly had solid white shoes which I couldn't find anywhere. read more

The manager, Kenithia, has lack of tact and professionalism. My family visited this location while traveling from North Dakota. We frequent many Nike outlet stores nationwide, and my husband is also an avid shopper on Nike.com. As a veteran of the military, my husband takes full advantage of his military discount. At time of check out, he showed his old military ID as he always does. The young lady checking us out stated she could not honor the old ID as it was expired. Indeed; my husband kindly explained this is what he has always used. Kenithia, the store manager came over...loud and belligerent, informing him that their policy states ID must be valid. Fair enough. My husband proceeds to see if he could request his military discount code via Nike.com as they have validated his service in the military. Kenithia said that they are NOT associated with Nike.com. I was so embarrassed and quietly wondered how they were honoring my $20 off birthday discount sent from Nike.com. Kenithia proceeded to go on about her husband being retired military and how she knows about getting a retired military ID. My husband explained he was a veteran. At this point, there were 4 employees watching how she handled the situation. She ended up giving the military discount, however, the attitude she carried was so ill with a condescending "Have a nice day" instead of an understanding, "Thank you for your service." After all, she knows the sacrifice her husband made, right? I felt sad for my husband as I know he takes pride in his service to this country as a boom operator in the USAF - especially during 9/11 and receiving disability. Kenithia could have used more tact by informing him of the new enforced policy, giving him the discount, and thanking him for his service. Needless to say, my husband will seek out what he needs to do to get a valid veterans ID. It's unfortunate the employees watching will disseminate this same customer service. read more

Very frustrated!!! Went into store to look for shoes for my husband and I, while we were there we looked at sale rack and found two men's undershirts (originally $28) sales guy knew that we thought they were 50% off because we were looking for another one in the correct size since it was on sale. Sales guy proceeds to ring us up on handheld device, we purchased 2 pair of shoes, the two undershirts and I found a pair of shorts labeled 30% off. He couldn't finish checking us out and took us to the front. Normally I can see prices being put in while being rung up, not in this case. We were charged full price for everything. We didn't realize until we got home, an hour away. Called and spoke to manager, she basically told me it was my fault for assuming, and asked was I not paying attention while being rung up. She said sale sign reads up to 50% off, price as marked, said i could find a fed ex store send back and then she would credit account. Just frustrated!! We spend so much money on Nike in a year, it would be nice to have better customer service. read more

My daughter and I walked into the store to exchange a pair of shoes. I asked the young man at the counter how did I need to proceed he stated I could leave the box with him and go find the replacement shoes. i left the box and walked the store they had no shoes left almost sold out of everything. I walked back to the counter to get my shoes back and the young guy was gone. A very nice young asked Me if I needed help and I explained to her what happened. She searched for the shoes no one could find them. The young guy was off work and no one called him. Another guy came a looked for the shoes and again couldn't find them . The manager states I'll watch the camera. twenty mins go by the manager comes out and says I never walked in the store with a box of shoes. I asked him to check the cameras again or locust grove police would be coming to check them!!!!!! He goes in the room and sends a young man out who goes to my shoes pulls them out and hands them to me. No one said anything to me! So i had to threaten the police coming up there to get my shoes back and no one apologized or anything! Never shopping here again !!!! read more

This location anchors the Tanger Outlet in Locust Grove. At first I wondered where the rest of the store was followed by disappointment at the pricing and selection. These outlets are a bit old with stores like Zales, Papaya & Famous Footwear but yikes. Higher prices for items I literally just bought somewhere else. Save the trip for the outlets in Florida or on the north side of Atlanta. read more

This is a factory store, not a brand experience store. They don't give you hand and foot service like the Lenox location. This is a "shop at your own pace" type of store. The employees are helpful when needed. Never had a problem finding one and everyone was kind. read more

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in a Nike store. Trying to find a sales person to help with the shoe size was almost impossible, but finding someone at the cash register who actually wanted to help a customer was even harder. The girl working at the checkout were rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and avoid the store! read more
