the worst customer service I have ever had in a store! the entire staff was so incompetent. my son…read moretried on a pair of shoe's decided on another color, gave them back to the sales person about 15 minutes later decided to go with the first ones he tried on and was told they were out of the shoe. he then asked for the second one he had tried on and they said they were out of that one too! Not sure how both pairs of shoes could have sold with in 15 minutes. Either their back room is so disorganized or they just did not want the sale. Never have we ever experienced customer service that was so horrible!

That said, it can get very hot depending on the time of day, so put on sim screen and bring a hat. We arrived at noon and it was scorching hot. Good thing the store and food court have air conditioning. It got better as the day went on. I went on Saturday with my husband and son. We found some great deals at Van Huesen. They are having a liquidation sale, island wide. My husband found a few nice work shirts. Christmas sales haven't begun yet, so we'll be back soon. Afterwards, we walked over to Chili's for a late lunch. All in all, it was a nice family day. The mall has a playground for the kids.

Came during the week on a Tues and it was not too crowded, which was a welcome treat as I do not like shopping malls at all (nor shopping in general). I really enjoyed this mall, though, as it has a bit of everything including some non USA stores. Mall doesn't look like much from the outside and you cannot tell (at least from our entrance) that it looks like a mall until you get outside. Very clean, upscale, and has something for everyone.
