Fast forward more than 2 years and when it was time to leave, HE made it almost impossible to get our deposit back, citing all kinds of crazy excuses. The owner of the house was an amazing landlord but dealing with Neal was a nightmare, our neighbors had to deal with him and they also HATED him.
