We are moving to Oregon from California and have no contacts in Oregon. Our first contact with Danny was his response to us wanting an agent to show us homes. We had already purchased our airline tickets and Danny cleared his schedule for us. We sent him a list of 15 or so homes that we were interested in and was hoping to see in the next couple of days. Danny assisted us in narrowing down our list and showed us the homes that were in the area we were interested in. Danny took all of our input and came up with other homes that he felt would best meet our needs. He was right! The home that we purchased was one that Danny had suggested. Throughout the entire process Danny made himself available to assist us with all aspects of purchasing a home and getting it move-in ready. Danny and his team worked diligently at finding local professionals that would give us very competitive quotes for the work that needed to be done. Tyler talks a big game to win your trust, then vanishes the moment things get difficult. He left us stranded when we needed him most, and his lack of follow-through ended up costing us a significant amount of money--money he explicitly promised we wouldn't lose. He told us he loved us, loved our family and would never let anything happen to us but we haven't heard a peep after the damage he's caused. Obviously Elle was one of the five, and I was blown away with how well she prepared for our first meeting. It was a really easy decision for me to go with Elle due to her vast experience, knowledge, and her ruthless work ethic. Every part of the sale of my house was smooth on my end; prepping house, photos, showings, offers, etc.. Scott realtor agent was, but will say what they did…read more If disclosed to the Oregon State Real Estate Regulatory Agency the agent would likely lose their license, and the company would have been significantly fined. The event happened a year ago however I mention it now after I have bought a home in Ashland (from another agency) and have calmed down enough to describe the incident. Anyway, I found a nice home and contacted online the listing agent (from Scott) for a disclosure statement. This was via an online website which I won't name. Never heard from the listing agent, and therefore got my own agent and told them I'd like the disclosure statement. Then, the Scott agent calls me back and wants to work with me. I called my agent and told them I just heard from Scott and they wanted me, but I am sticking with you now, and requested she contact the Scott agent and request the disclosure statement. Fast forward days and the Scott agent saying they were "trying to get it"...but never responded until AFTER the house was in contract. Here is the reason the Scott agent never got back to my agent...because Scott got BOTH sides of the deal because the house was shown via an online website. I later found out they represented the seller and buyer! Why split a commission when you don't have to...utter BS. Bottom, go elsewhere to a firm that has reputable agents (assuming there are in the real estate industry. I had a great and honest agent.
