We had our engagement shoot in San Diego at Balboa Park. She was so sweet and made us super comfortable despite the hot weather. We paid him a $1000 deposit (out of $6500) for the wedding and also separately $700 for the engagement party. Unfortunately, to our surprise the engagement photos were of low quality. Some of the issues included our heads being cropped off in the pictures, not being centered in the photos, and other issues. We were disappointed in this poor quality work especially for the premium we were paying. We decided to use someone else for our wedding. We brought this to Samer's attention and he was very combative and defensive and unwilling to give even a portion of the deposit or engagement money back. This is very disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend his services to anyone.

Two weeks before the wedding, we found ourselves in a bind. Our most wonderful wedding planner put out an SOS, and Shutter Fuzz stepped up, flew to the East Coast and saved the day.... more than once, I might add! Day of, they arrived early and ready to rock! They were so laid back, so easy to work with, and just all around awesome!! Sabrina was so much fun in the bridal suite. We had so many laughs, it was just like she was one of the girls! And as a bonus, Tae went for a swim to get my veil, when it was blown off in the wind! He was the TRUE VIP! We have received the highlight and full length video, and I am in awe.
