Absolute worst customer service I've ever had to deal with I purchased several items spent a lot of money and within less than 24 hours the ankle bracelet that I purchase had broken so I went to the store at the beginning of the day immediately with my receipt to do a simple exchange since it was less than 24 hours and it was the same cashier and no one would help me out I got turned away I got told that the manager would call me back never emailed me never called back I ruined a day of vacation having to deal with this issue and rudeness. The employees literally said that they can't make any decisions or else they'll get fired I think that's absolutely pathetic. Why hire employees if you can't trust them to make logical decisions to keep clientele. I'll never shop here again. The owner/manager finally wrote back to place fault me and say they will do me a favor by repairing the item and mailing it to me free of charge. Being sold a faulty piece should be exchanged and is a reasonable request especially within 24 hrs of being sold... the ankle bracelet broke in a place I couldn't break and my ankles are not at all big ... picture included of ankle bracelet. I'll be dropping it off in the morning. I will be following up on this review to give everyone an update how long it takes etc to get back. Customer service is how you keep business & gather more. Worst customer service! I ish i had read the other reviews! I purchased a couple of items which were cute, but I did find a little expensive for the quality. I purchased it anyways, and when I got home, I realized they had sold me the same dress in two different sizes. I had tried on both sizes but only wanted the one that fit especially because they only offer store credit on returns and i don't live in town. I figured it was a misunderstanding and I called but the store was closed so I reached out via Facebook messenger as they do not have an email address. I followed up again the next day, spoke with someone and never heard back. Although the company said they would not refund money I thought because of mistake they would. I went into the store and explained the situation, it was the same person that had attended me, and asked for a refund instead of credit due to the error. She told me that she had asked me if I wanted both sizes and I had said yes (my daughter had been with me and agreed that the woman never asked). I told her that was not true why would I buy two of the same dress for myself. I was a little in shock as I thought she knew this was a mistake. I realized there was a camera and said we could sort through it very quickly, and had she really asked me and I said yes, I would gladly take the credit. She refused to show me the footage and said she didn't have to and credit was their policy. She reached out to the owner and she said no to the credit. She even said there was a spot on the dress, which means they sold it to me with the spot since the dress never came out or the bag. At this point, I was frustrated and upset. I said, I was being taken advantage of and there was an easy way to sort through it by going over the footage but she smirked and said no. I was visibly frustrated and then she told me she didn't even want to give me the credit and I could leave the store. I told her I wasn't leaving without money or credit at which point the owner said to give me the credit and get me out of the store. Terrible customer service unless they're selling an overpriced garment. Look out for the quality. I have always found that a company that refuses to give you your money back on returns does not stand behind the products they sell nor care about customer satisfaction therefore I will rarely purchase from them, sadly I made an exception with this store. I used to love shopping here as a local and supporter of small business. Until I needed customer service. I bought a dress and after trying it on at home, it didn't work. I went to bring it back and was asking for store credit but I'd lost the receipt. I was told no exceptions, no receipt, no nothing, can't help you. The item was literally hanging on their racks since I'd only bought it a week ago and the dress I had still had the tags on too. They accommodated nothing. I was wanting a store credit to reinvest my hard earned dollars back into the boutique. I'll never shop here again, that's not customer service. I understand policy but you are not a corporate business and can make exceptions if you think it's okay. Really upsetting. You lost a customer over an 80 dollar dress, when I've spent much more than that in your store. Response to below: I find it hilarious you magically found a copy of when I purchased this item when you don't have the man power nor time to do so? And you couldn't figure it out when I was there. Considered coming back but now, forget it. Wouldn't want to deal with your crappy customer service or stuck up attitudes again. read more

I had been coming to this boutique for over 5 years. It was one of my favorites and I'm really sad to feel the need to write a review. I recently purchased a bathing suit for $265. Four days later, the stitching on the bathing suit came undone after 1 use and a tassel that tied the bathing suit closed came completely undone. I went to the store and they informed me there was nothing they could do except offer me a max $70 credit on my future purchase. I feel robbed and confused, because why would I want to buy another bathing suit after this experience? Now I am stuck with a very expensive bathing suit that is broken. read more

Honestly the worst experience I've ever had at a small shop. The female working was rude and inattentive. She was more concerned with her Instagram than helping me find a piece. Things only got worse!!! I paid $180 for a bathing suit. I went home, tried it on again, and it BROKE. I brought it right back to the store. The clerk said, "Too bad! All suits are final sale." I said I'd like to speak to a manager. There was "no weekend manager." I never got a call back, email nothing. I returned during the week and the store REFUSED to fix it or give me a credit. The atmosphere of the surrounding area is overwhelmingly refreshing and parking is curb side. Once inside the store I was greeted by a happy smile and sweet attentiveness. I was shopping for my girlfriend ( Birthday present) and after a little intel the associate there gave me multiple choices and all of the items are one of a kind so no other girl will have her same suit (huge pet peeve ). Once I decided on the perfect suit the associate walked me over to the back of the store and showed me some bikini cover ups!! Huge selection and great service!
