I have to say that this is the best iteration of her spaces so far. It is a well oiled machine. Marina is an exceptional talent and she is passing on her skills and knowledge to her crew. Everyone is so friendly and professional. Staff calling you by name throughout the visit although you've just met (I see you Ari), and offering tea or coffee while you wait for your color to process makes you feel so at home. And the end result is always amazing. For me the goal is to cover grays and get a breezy mid length layered cut...and Marina hits it out of the park every single visit.

Ashley was absolutely amazing, the best haircut I've ever had, and her unexpected passing was heartbreaking. I recently tried to book an appointment and was told I needed to keep a credit card on file. I politely said I wasn't comfortable with that. The receptionist said she would ask the owner, Marina, if an exception could be made, and she refused, so I chose not to book. After being a loyal client for so many years, the lack of flexibility and customer service was really disappointing. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this salon based on my experience due to poor customer service, do better. I'll also be sharing my feedback on other review platforms.

We booked our appointment a couple of months ago and reconfirmed by text, yet when we arrived, the stylists had clearly given our slot to a higher-priced service. One stylist even told us to "have a seat," despite the two of them openly discussing in front of us that the other client's service would take a long time -- meaning they knew our appointment was bumped before we even walked in. There is no one to answer the phone, and replies come through messy, unorganized texts. After making eye contact with the stylist, they told us to "come back in an hour," as if our time didn't matter. There also seems to be zero management. We walked out -- and as expected, no one ever followed up. At this point, we'd rather just go to the salon across the street with far better reviews and a more professional reputation.
