Just got hit with the trauma flashback of how absolutely deranged I looked after leaving this place. I truly hope y'all fired the injector with the aggressively overfilled lips and ego to match, because looking in the mirror after she worked on me was a full-blown jump scare. I went in asking for half a syringe in my lips. She decided to go rogue and dump the entire thing in--because I was "already paying for it," as if I asked for a deal on a botched face. Let's not forget the masseter injections. I woke up looking like Johnny Bravo on steroids. Somehow she managed to add jowls I didn't have before. I had to cancel work because I looked like fish with gills. To make it worse, I heard her walk out of our consultation and say "drinks on me today," as she made a pretty penny off me!! And she bragged about training people to do injections, which is honestly the most chilling part. The more she hyped herself up, the more I should've realized I was the demo doll in her TED Talk on delusion. Please. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere with an injector who doesn't mistake overconfidence for talent. This wasn't aesthetic--it was a cautionary tale. read more

I chose this doctor because in his bio he stated that he's a man of God & what better cosmetic surgeon to have your body cut on by than a dermatologist?, was what I thought... so I gave them a go. Called to schedule a consult and there was a fee, 1st red flag ladies & gents. Many board certified surgeons offer free consultations for your procedures and those are usually your best bet. If they ask for a fee RUN. Towards the end of the consult I told him that I'd research other doctors before making my final decision. Dr Nikko in all arrogance stated that, "if you go some place else you'll be coming back to me to fix what they ruin." That joke was on me. I couldn't even go back to him to fix what he ruined. Bottomed out breast with hideous scars sitting on the lower pole not in the breast fold where they belong. Abdominal skin was pulled too far to the right and my stomach looked deformed at first look with my belly button and linea nigra pregnancy line both off center (bothers me to this day to look at it in the mirror.) My lower muscles came apart day one of surgery from me vomiting after anesthesia in which I warned them that I get very sick every time. The binder garment they give you is useless. I physically felt muscles ripping apart. All scars healed dark & thick. As a woman of color WITHOUT keloid skin, and also having multiple surgical procedures including 3 c sections, I have never in my life had such horrible scars! My c section scars were literally invisible. I am 5'1 with a short torso, imagine having low sitting boobs cause he over corrected my breast pocket and bragged about perfecting it every visit plus a thick, dark & high abdominoplasty scar. This man and his team apparently go in, hack you up, then send you packing before you can even ask a question. Before your money is handed over to them, they're the sweetest you'll ever meet but once you OVERPAY them & get botched you may as well move on with your life. Everytime I went for a follow up and spoke up about what I wasn't pleased with, he'd get cocky and show me before photos stating "you look better than before." Follow ups went left, I was always waiting in the waiting room for hours. One followup visit was canceled by phone the day befor stating that "he had to catch a plane." MY REVISION WAS CANCELED 3 TIMES: The initial revision was scheduled by the surgical coordinator for a month out, fast forward, she called me the day before surgery to reschedule since I originally wanted a later date but was told my only option was the date she gave me due to him opening his new office and being busy. Two more revisions were scheduled and canceled same day. The first one, I actually waited in the waiting room for 2 hours then waited in the back in a gown for another hour, after fasting for 12 hours, starving and feeling dizzy. NOBODY CHECKED ON ME. The clinic staff were having conversations amongst themselves and I was IGNORED until Dr Nikko finally came to ask me if I wanted water. My heart sunk. Second time I was called at 4am by the scheduling coordinator stating that my procedure needed to be rescheduled without reason. I was called after their buisness hours that same day with an explanation of a termite infestation. I mentally prepared myself for this, filled and paid for prescriptions, my mom was driving in from 5 hours away to help my husband with my kids not to mention him taking off time from work to care for me as well. The devastation was indescribable. It's taken me some time to speak on this because its very triggering. Major mental health battle for almost 2 years and if I can help another woman to not make the same mistake I did, I feel like I've done my part. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH AND DIG DEEP BEFORE YOU ALLOW ANYONE TO CUT ON YOUR BODY. Us women already go through enough. Pray and allow God to lead you on every decision you make. Finally I found a dermatologist that actually listened to my concerns and proposed a plan of action that I been hoping for. Dr. Nikko walked into the exam room, introduced himself with a genuine smile, concentrated on me fully and I knew this doctor was right for me. Dr. Nikki did a very thorough exam. He asked questions that were related to the course of action he was planning to begin. He let me know the insurance would cover his course of action. I made my next appointment and paid my co pay. I now am looking forward to seeing Dr. Nikko again. read more

Best doctor's appointment I've ever had, and nicest doctor I've ever met! I've been living with an awful mole for years, and couldn't find anyone who would remove it without a huge production. Billed me for cosmetic when I was referred over by my doctor for medical. I called to ask about the charges and no one has returned my call since May. My husband tried following up and they claim I agreed to change the visit to cosmetic. I was frustrated that not only did they not return my call but they lied about it on top of that. Worst worst experience EVER, I have never left so discriminated, disrespected and uncared for in my whole life 25 years on this earth like I did today. I had a disappointing experience at Nikko Dermatology with Dr. Nikko. During my dermatosis papulosa nigra procedure, a month ago. Dr Nikko did the procedure but he was not able to finish because he mention he has to do two sections. He told me to come back after a month that way he can finish up the rest. Came back today April 24th. Dr has decline that it was never mention that he has to finish the rest, some of the spot came off but I still have bunch left out. He has stated that they are way too small to remove. I told him how come ,he never mention that the day he was doing the procedure and the day of consultation? He did not have any answers. I asked him again why was he going to do my neck and the neck are way smaller than the face he still didn't not have answer. Then all of the sudden Dr. Nikko screamed at me that he does not have time to waste on me and walked out off the room. which left me feeling disrespected and frustrated. Without giving me answers Additionally, I was not given a refund despite not receiving the full service I paid for. I rated this doctor in office before with a high star and valuable rating... However I am very displeased with my surgery and wasted almost $2000... I had neck lipo though which made a difference in the appearance of my double chin however after about seven months postoperative I was severely botched... I had wrinkles under my neck which made my skin sag and look like I had a neck of a 60-year-old woman in which I am not even 40... I really liked the people in the office but I have to be honest they are very disorganized. I spoke to the coordinator who knew I was flying from NY, and made it seem as if the coordinating would be no big deal however after booking my flight, it was. She rubbed me the wrong way and I should have cancelled then. The only reason I continued with the appointment is because this procedure had just started being the new Thing, and not many doctors were doing it. They also had me return to his other location which was a pain because I did not have transportation and I was departing same day of post opp apt. I wouldn't have complained and wrote a bad review but every time I tried to reach out to the office I got no reply... Usually I am well satisfied with my experience, however when I made my appoint the receptionist did not take the time to document the reason for my visit she stated "we would be all day long if I listed the reason for my visit" my appointment seemed rush and the concerns for my skin were not addressed I was just told my skin was dry, given a sample of moisturizer and sent on my way. I was considering the lip injections but I may have them done at a different facility now. My main concerns for my skin were large pores, redness, and uneven skin tone which dr. I had Botox only two months ago and I can't even tell I had it done anymore after only two months. I've had Botox at another Dr's office before several times and it always lasted about six months so this was very disappointing. The staff was very friendly. I was 95 lbs and was having a problem with my buttock due to side effects of getting a shot for my seasonal allergy. The steroids shots that I had been getting every year from my physician has finally caused more problem for me. The dermatologist that I was seeing at a time couldn't really tell me what it was. She has never seen anything like it. I have a white discoloration and have developed a muscle atrophy. I was terrified to think that I have to live with the pain and the horror of losing the roundness of my butt. That's when I started searching another Dermatologist online and came across of Dr. Anthony Nikko. I read all nothing but wonderful reviews and made an appointment to have a consult. I met with Stephanie and she made me very comfortable and Dr. Nikko explained everything about the procedure which is a fat transfer and using your own fat to put into your buttocks. The way Dr. Nikko was explaining it to me made it so promising that there's a cure! Knowing that he is both a dermatology and a cosmetic surgeon that able to correct not just the skin but also he specialized and have years of experience of what he does really make a difference. While I was in his office I've noticed that he has all kinds of samples of implants seating in his tables so I got curious and found out that Dr. Nikko also does a breast implant and they showed me all different types of sizes. Not only that I have fat transfer into my buttocks, I also decided to replace my saline implant all at once. As of today, I am healthy and completely healed. I got my rounded butt back and my new silicone breast implant. I love the way it feels and looks and what so nice about it, I don't have to massage it like I did with my saline implant and yet it feels just like your real natural breast. The only advice is to be patient during the healing process and doesn't freak out if you didn't see results as early as three months. One thing to realize is that your body will heal and adjust itself and your breast will do and transform as it goes. So, be patient. Base on my overall experienced I highly recommended Dr. Nikko if you are considering silicone implant and fat buttocks transfer or if you want to add more volume and other procedure etc. With Dr. Anthony Nikko expertise, I assured you are safe and in good hands! I was recommended to this office by my friend Alina who works at Dr. Nikko's Galleria location. I'm kind of a brat about my skin care and have high expectations for cleanliness, quality of service, and products offered. I was not disappointed. The waiting/lounge area is lovely, it has a high-end spa vibe. Everything is neat and tidy including behind the front desk -- which is nosey of me to notice but these things matter. I was seen on time and can I just gush for a sec how great my PA was? I want to say she was so cute without diminishing her professionalism and skill. Crystal was wonderful. She's definitely a talented physician with an eye for beauty and a steady hand. We were conservative since it was my first visit (20 units of Botox, just in my frown lines) but it was perfect. She did not try to oversell me or overdo it. I actually forgot my Rx (need to call about that, note to self) but she prescribed me a retinal treatment for at-home maintenance. I'm excited to try it.
