What a great idea: meal ideas with all the ingredients right there for each meal and a nice paper…read morebag to take it home in. I think there are six different meal ideas spread around the shop and they change every Friday. What's also really good is that they tell you the price per serving and have the recipe to take with you. This weekend we will be making the white wine risotto. The shop also runs regular cookery courses in lots of different styles.

Of course I had try it for lunch, especially considering that within one (!) year the premises changed three (!) owners. I really hope this concept will work out. It's a store, cafe and cooking school at the same time. Also it's a franchise so many things are already sorted out from concept owners. This store has stations/tables where visually very clear you have a dish presentation with ingredients, price per person and recipe itself. It makes cooking easy for everyone, not sure affordable for everyone but it's another story. As I said I had a delicious lunch there with delicious ice-cream (how about yoghurt - lemongrass?!). Very pleasant atmosphere. Can highly recommend. One remark: I had hard times to spot at least one man there, it's clearly a girl's place!
I would give 5 stars only for the great service but actually the atmosphere and müsli options are…read moreworth those stars too, specially if you love very sweet müsli- Finally a modern, bright!, calm and clean corner at the city center where you can get your müsli/porridge with all the fresh toppings you want or a sandwich (salmon is our favorite) with your drink- They also have special breakfast offers like 4,5 euro (müsli/porridge or sandwich + drink). There's also a corner where you can buy Kölln products. I find it pretty nice idea to taste various müslis before buying- I would be happy if they could add more fresh fruits (I missed the bananas or maybe I haven't seen them) to the selection- or maybe more fresh juices- But nothing is missing to me- ps: The staff was really kind, I am not a morning person, so, the staff made our day, surely will return again-
