Less than an hr before our booking…read moretime (11:30) on a Saturday, we received a call that my reservation would have to be cancelled due to some water leaking into the building from the rain the night before. I was devastated of course. What's worst is the way the situation was handled by Douglas. Although he was not rude, he did nearly nothing to help us. I feel in that type of situation, you would go out of your way to help find another studio. Instead, he sent the photographer a list of 10 studios. (Mind you, I can pull up a list on Yelp just as easily.) My poor husband and brother dealt with my panic but luckily another studio (not on Douglas' list) came through. To top it all off, I was told via text that our deposit would be returned by end of business day on 9/9. It is 10/1 and we are just now receiving our deposit back. While the studio looks nice and the booking process was simple, I guess be cautious if Houston is going to be having any type of rain or inclement weather. Have a backup plan with this studio especially if you have a special event/time you are trying to capture. The customer service was subpar.

He gave us a call let us know so we were able to adjust and get there earlier so we could still get some garden shots. Eric gave us plenty of time to get a variety of shots, he was not rushing us or being tight on time. He turned our pictures around in only a few days which was incredible. After we received our pictures, I realized there were a few photos that my dress was creased and I asked Eric if there was anyway they can be adjusted and he said he could see what he could do. He really surprised me with how well he was able to correct them and I can't even tell they were adjusted at all! Thank you Eric for all your help and we look forward to more shoots with you!

Spoke to Zach directly and then pretty much via txt which is way easier for me with kids. Was pretty much straight forward about everything and how it worked. Day of event he and Juli arrived early and were ready to capture . He even sent me email letting me know he was there and waiting. I met both and was immediately sparked by their warm and bubbly personalities. You can tell right of the bat they love love what they do!!! They have several cameras working and adjusting according to lightening etc... You could also tell they actually knew what they were doing and not posing as photographers. I'm always happy when I get quality professional people and I know my money was well spent. For the event of two hours I paid 300.00 for unlimited shots for the evening. At this point in the review the party is just a couple days old so I haven't gotten my proofs just yet so I can't comment on that but I am sure they will look and be perfect as the meticulous craft these two have I'm sure to be pleased.
