My daughters and I came today to experience Ninja Lair. They had a great time. There was great music and they tried really hard to go through the obstacles. One of the employees tried to help coach them. There were a few kids that were really good at it and it was amazing to see. There's a toddler room in the back corner, a party room and two clean bathrooms. Please remember to bring socks and sneakers to play when you plan to visit! Overall, the kids had a great time and one hour was not enough time for them and they asked to come back.

We went here with our Pogo Pass, which gives us one hour of free play on Saturday or Sunday anytime between 12 to 5 PM. We went on Sunday at 12 PM and we didn't have to wait. There also were not a lot of kids. We left at 1 PM and there are a lot more people there than when we showed up. But the gym was big enough so everyone had something to do! As for the service, the trainers were all great, and were super friendly to the kids and helped my 6 year old when he didn't know what to do or needed assistance for the rock climbing. The main gym was fun for my toddler who was 3 years old because he could walk on the bounce beam and pretend the floor is lava by jumping on some of the , but it was also a little dangerous because they were older kids doing a lot of swinging for the ninja warriors obstacle course. So we took him to the back in the toddler room where he played a little bit, and that was a lot safer and more for his age group. It was just hard because I couldn't also watch my six-year-old who was on the main floor with all the teenager swinging around so that made me a little bit nervous. I would switch back-and-forth to check on the different kids so if you come with kids at different ages and need to use the toddler room, make sure you come with more than one parent so you can watch one in the room and then watch one on the main floor. But the workers were really nice because one of them offered to watch my older son so that he could play out there while I stayed in the room for a little bit with my younger son. Pricewise, we didn't have to pay but I know it's $20 for an adult use the main floor and $15 For Kids or $10 only for the toddler room. So seem like a decent price for doing an open gym for an hour for these type of things. We were not familiar with ninja warrior stuff, so we really had no idea how to use any of the equipment, but when we went home, we watch ninja versus ninja on Netflix and the gym look like it had a lot of the obstacles that they do in the actual competition! We also saw other kids training there with an actual trainer, I assume that those kids are probably competing. If you don't want to go in with your kid, there is a waiting area where parents can watch their children from the waiting area and not have to pay the price to go onto the floor to assist them. There are cubbies for your shoes and your belongings too. And the place felt clean and had ample parking. Overall, it was a fun experience for the kiddos! But I think they need to be a little older to really enjoy and understand the ninja course! But my 6 year old had fun on the trampolines, rope, and made his own "parkour" course around the gym that didn't get in the way of the swinging kids doing the hard obstacles!!!

Smaller than other places but a cute place for kids to build strength. They have a small room area for kids up to 4 years old. The staff is amazing and helpful. You can see they care and watch the kids. It's hard to say if 5 and 6 years old are able to do everything but my daughter made the best of everything. We went for a birthday party and they do have a small area (pictured below) of what it looks. Nothing is provided so you will need to bring everything and clean up afterwards.

Can you swing from the lache?

Calling all Ninjas!!! Yeah, you know who are. You're the one that sees a bench and wants to jump over it instead of sitting on it. The person who climbs up the tree instead of resting in its shade. The kid who walks on the cement tire stoppers like it's a balance beam. The adult who enjoys playing on the playground equipment instead of playing on your phone. Ok, now that you've owned up to being a secret Ninja, it's time to hone in on your skills... at the NINJA LAIR!!! The coaches are trained to help you (or your kids) perform ninja obstacles (or parkour tricks) safely! Working with Mikey P and his excellent staff of coaches will give you a whole new level of appreciation for the contestants on NBC's, America Ninja Warrior.

Finally, it is a haven for Parkourists and Ninja Warriors. Michael is fantastic and very accommodating if you're new here. They have an opening this Saturday, 1-5-24. Check it out! They have classes and an open gym to train with reasonable hours. Plus, they have a competitive team. If your kid or you want something different, unconventional, and a challenge out of the ordinary this year, try this place out. Highly recommend!

Wow, what a fun time! My daughter (12) wanted to check out Ninja Lair, got there about 2pm on Thursday. There were 3 coaches and 2 kids total. Coach Eric and one other coach jumped in to help my daughter get accustomed to the course as it was her first time! The second coach was so so nice, I didn't get his name though, so sorry! He helped her with the running ramp wall and gave her tips on how to get to the top. (: she did better immediately and was very excited! We didn't even think about chalk, so her hands did get a bit roughed up in the hour, but we will be prepared next time!! Definitely will be back.

It's smaller, private and not super busy like most gyms. I can get my workouts done without waiting for equipment. I really appreciate the thoughtful touches, like the infrared sauna, nice showers, toiletries for women, hair ties, and the locker system. You can tell a lot of care went into creating a nice gym environment. There are a couple of male employees who are always kind, friendly, and welcoming. They talk to me, acknowledge me, and make the experience feel positive. However, my experience with some of the female staff has been the opposite. They often come across as rude, or unwelcoming. When I walk in, they typically do not say hello unless I say hello first. I genuinely love the gym itself and think the facility is beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I just wish the customer service matched the quality of the space.

Great, friendly staff, and super clean environment! The hours are sometimes difficult because even as members you don't have 24/7 access. Early morning or night hours usually mean less people, afternoon hours can sometimes be busy and mean you'll have to adjust your workout based on what equipment is available. They keep it dark and low lit in the gym which I enjoy so I am less focused on my aesthetics or other people and more focused on getting in my workout and feeling accomplished. Overall, it's a good option if you're looking for a boutique gym, that is never overly crowded.

I thought I was lucky to find a Power House Gym. I wanted to train everyday while on vacation and show my son what a real gym looks like. On top of paying guest fees for two people for 4 days, I had intentions of buying him at least $300 of merchandise as well. It literally took me 30 minutes to drive from my Air BnB to that gym. The moron at the front desk took his sweet time having a personal conversation with someone and when he finally decided to pay me and my son any attention, he simply told me to scan the QR code and then kept on with his conversation. I don't know if he was one of the owners or not, but this type of customer service is just poor. I came with the intention of spending a lot of money in that business but after dealing with that I just refuse.

As someone looking for a new women only fitness community after having my baby, I was hoping to find a welcoming and supportive environment. Unfortunately, my first visit was the complete opposite. I arrived about 10 minutes before my scheduled consultation. When I walked in, not a single person welcomed or greeted me. I stood at the front for a few minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me, and when no one did, I sat down on the couch. At 10:00 a.m., I spoke with the Pilates instructor as she was telling her student sitting on the couch to head into class. I told her I was there for a consultation, and she simply replied, "she'll be with you." Directing it to the lady in the back room with another client. The Pilates instructor never asked what kind of consultation I was there for, whether I was a new client, or if I needed to complete any paperwork. I continued waiting for nearly 15 minutes without anyone checking on me. During that time, I watched another employee walk by carrying a clipboard and head to the back without greeting me or asking if I needed help. I wasn't expecting anything extravagant, just a simple "Welcome! We'll be with you shortly." Instead, I felt completely invisible. I was only acknowledged after I stood up at 10:15am and started looking through the flyers at the front desk to get the nutritionist attention in the backroom. I left feeling discriminated against. I know I still have a few pounds to lose after having my baby, and I couldn't help but feel like I wasn't treated with the same warmth or respect as others. Whether that was intentional or not, that was how the experience made me feel, and it was incredibly discouraging. To make matters worse, when I finally spoke with the nutritionist at 10:15am , the only thing she said was, "You missed your class. You can reschedule." There was no effort to ask why I hadn't gone into class or whether anyone had checked me in. As a first-time client, I wasn't comfortable walking into a class without first being checked in or told where to go. Again I have never been to this establishment and I was hoping to get a tour of the place. A women gym should be a place where women of all fitness levels feel welcomed, encouraged, and supported. Sadly, that wasn't my experience here. I'll be taking my business elsewhere to a women gym with a more welcoming and inclusive community where every women regardless of where they are on their fitness journey, is acknowledged and treated with kindness. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, mine couldn't have been more disappointing. They only responded with there's was some confusion with your appointment . How can there be a confusion when you send several messages reminding me of my appointment time. Also doesn't the coach know she had a first time client appointment in her calendar. So disappointing.
