Although in setting up first cleaning, they had replied to messages within hours, it has been four days since I wrote and I have received no reply to my concerns or apology for overlooking cleaning tasks. I planned to give them an opportunity to clean again and merely wanted their assurance they would perform these tasks next time. Would not recommend.
