We paid her for her services over 4 months ago, she doesn't come into her office, her voicemail is full so you can't leave a message and when we do get her on the phone, all we get are excuses. We can't even get her to print them out and give them to us to mail in if she won't do her job. Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service!
