This company is superb when it comes to customer relations. All my dealing with them have been a pleasure as they have kept me in the loop with progress reports. I value this aspect when working with new suppliers, in particular. As for the quality of their work, no issues either. read more

Worst experience ever Nirmal took a lot of money and took half a year to produce a broken web design that isn't working properly and he charges an arm and a leg and doesn't want to talk to you about any problems and there were many and still going. Him and his overseas team don't know or care about their work they have made most of these reviews up in the last year to trick people into business and then they take your money and leave you with permanent headaches and I was told by Saba his wife that I must search for the banners of each page and write all titles and descriptions and also content all they did is supply a used template. I have spent the last 6months trying to help them and in the end, i got ripped off they wouldn't come to the phone when there were so many issues with the site and still are and their English spelling is a massive issue. I want my money back in full Nirmal I'm not accepting this garbage you are a thief and a rip off company give my money back immediately Nirmal read more

We had recently built our website with Nirmal Web Studio and they did a very well job for us. The website was very beautiful and fast as explained originally to us. They also delivered on time as promised. I really liked working with Nirmal and his team. They were very supportive all the time and they listened to our queries and helped to resolve them. The only thing I was not initially very happy to hear was they didn't offer web hosting solution, rather they refereed to other Sydney based hosting. Other than that, we had a good experience with them. I will recommend their services to anyone who is interested to get a professional website done in Sydney. Thanks Nirmal for your support. Thanks Nirmal and the team for helping us to resolve the website when it was down and we couldn't communicate with our previous developer. That meant a lot to our business. It's hard to find a reliable local developer these days. I would highly recommend Nirmal and his team for the WordPress related website works. Caution - if you are looking for a full service digital agency or a marketing agency, they are not the right fit. They only specialise in WordPress websites and maintenance.
