Which I was not what I asked for because I did ask before services were rendered because of price difference. I feel that a cut/color with a short pixie should not cost $250. Way over budget than the original quote. I asked to speak to you Tina, but was never given that opportunity. What also stands out to me is the other reviews of customers with much longer hair and color services paying way less than what I paid for. This was definitely a one and done experience. Next time, please communicate better and with precise details. Nobody should ever have to feel the way I have.
