If you have never had a professional photograph taken, I highly recommend You Studios at Balmain. It is a two step process. First you visit their studio and go nuts, have a great time! Do silly things or random things you would never have done before. I chose to get a couples photo and portrait photo taken. Then sit back and wait for the call. I was then invited back to review the photos and relive the moments again. It's amazing how they capture so many emotions in an hour. You can pick your favourite pictures and select the ones you want enlarged. I loved their perspex medium, but it was a bit expensive, so settled for a framed picture to take home. A great experience and cannot wait to try it again.

If you've never been to MSY before, it can be quite a unique experience. Unlike other department stores, where you can walk along multiple aisles, picking up the stuff you want and taking it to a counter for billing. At MSY, there is only a counter. You stand there and ask for what you're after. The service staff are Brilliant and will fetch it for you and proceed to bill immediately. If you're smart or have been there before, you would have called in with your request, confirmed the product is available and reserved it online or over the phone. Then Queue up again, but this time, you're not fretting, if the product will still be available or sold out and this also helps move the line faster..

Compare prices with other shops using staticice.com.au (generally MSY will be the cheapest, but you might find other stores which are closer to you or which do delivery). 4. Check stock availability online and make an online order. You can try and ring them, but chances are the phone will be busy or go unanswered. Try the ultimo store if Auburn is out of stock. 5. Use EFTPOS or cash to avoid credit card surcharges. 6. If you need to return a product because it's defective, start the RMA process as per the manufacturers instructions before you bring it in - generally MSY is good with honouring warranties as long as you follow procedure. 7. I am always happy with the service and the attention they have given me since my early days of banking with them. The interest rates are incredible and the negotiations with loans are amazing. I am in awe of this place as you can see. They also have one of the best securities of internet banking I know of and they monitor your spending if an odd transaction happens. Ok..Big Brother....but I don't mind that when someone is looking after my money and interests. The Homebush office which is quite large has a number of other services . I once used the car buying service. I just had to mention the types of cars I wanted to test drive and they arranged for the cars to come to the building and I just drove them and then organised the purchasing at the same spot. It was amusing I was test driving very large cars (was used to only small cars) at the time...and floored the car out of the car park with people looking around thinking...."he can't be one of us!" I also organised several extensive holidays through their travel agency. I have had some funny and romantic experiences and shared them with the staff when I have returned to Oz. "We will always have Paris" is my favourite thought here! Relatives can become members of TMB if someone in the family is a teacher. I wouldn't trust anyone else.
