I had a very bad experience with stretch marks removal. I went in maybe 3-4 times and she charged me a lot of money, and left me with hypopigmentation which my dermatologist and derm surgeon say there's nothing they can do about it. Highly recommend this place for any of your skin treatments or laser hair removals, especially if you have ethnic skin. Both Nisha and Huda are aware of what laser to use based on your skin type and they care about which treatments are cost effective and will give you the best results! I have been going to them for a while for laser resurfacing and have consistently been getting improvement on my skin texture and pigmentation. I will admit that I was nervous, but Huda always walked me through the process and it did not take as long as I thought it might. The only downfall is the discomfort after which does not last too long. They always make sure that you are okay to go home and are available for any questions through text, which is amazing. I have had many procedures done here from Nisha & Huda and I've had a great experience every time. From facials to lasers to lip fillers - all have been exceptional. Everyone has a different skin type and they pay attention to that. FOLLOW THE POST CARE INSTRUCTIONS! There are some procedures you'll need more than once to achieve the results you're looking for. Nisha & Huda have both worked on my skin for quite a while, both with lasers and Injectables, which I have been extremely pleased with. They have experience with ethnic skin and Huda used both the fraxel and clear lift laser to clear my skin. They explain that there is downtime for lasers but the results were amazing! Furthermore, I also get laser hair removal and I barely have to shave my legs anymore! They know what they are doing and they always make sure the client is comfortable during the treatment. Even after treatments they are in touch with you constantly to make sure your skin is healing well and they are always there to answer questions and provide post procedure consult as well. I've been seeing Huda for several years now and I am so happy with my results (more to come)! I started with laser hair removal and now working on facial dark spot treatments. She's very knowledgeable and confident with her treatments she provides and, most importantly, she provides comfortable environment to her clients. She explains everything very thoroughly and helps me to have proper post treatment care. One main thing I learned from Huda is that ever after treatment from the spa, for proper and best result I have to follow post treatment instructions such as avoid sun couple of days after laser treatment, applying the cream she provides, and avoiding vitamin c serum since I got spot treatment. The result does not happen over night, Huda and I both need to be consistent and patient for best result. My dark spots in face is definitely gotten lighter and will keep visiting her until I am content! I really appreciate her and the offices support with my journey!! read more

Ok... I came to Nisha Skin Spa on a recommendation from a colleague. I have suffered from under-eye puffiness and "bags" since I was about 12 years old and I was interested in filler. The room was very clean, Nisha was nice; no complaints there. I ended up paying for 1 syringe of Restyln and left my appointment as Nisha said she doesn't like to inject more than 1 syringe at a time. That I respect. About a month later I was unhappy with the results and went back for a follow-up appointment-which I was warned I might need-to better fill the problem area, and paid for another syringe of Restyln. 2 weeks after my second appointment, I noticed a similar situation occurring where the filler is actually placed and/or settling lower than the desired area, which was the cause for my return visit. Nisha is very adamant about texting and sending photos so she understands the concern, so I sent images, again, to show that things aren't really how I wanted them. My issue is that I am $1000 into a temporary treatment and being told that I can do more filler or should look into fat grafting. Coming from someone who told me initially that she will only sell me what I need, and never anything more, I feel like I've gotten myself a bit into a situation where it's "more, more," rather than understanding the issue is the placement of the product. It's lower than It needs to be and is causing different, but equally distressing problems. The first time I sent the images I was told that I would need more filler and the second time I sent images, with a much more drastic looking result, I was told that she could see it "a little bit," and then given information about problematic lifestyles and results...? My goal, as an actor, was to wear less makeup and I find myself wearing equally as much to cover the unevenness under my eyes. All-in-all, not terribly dissatisfied, but I won't go back. I'm sure this location is great for things like facials, hair removal, etc... but I think I'll look into more accredited professionals for injectables, IF I decide to have them again. read more

I bought a Groupon for endermologie and when I called to make an apt she told me "her machine isn't working" I need to call Groupon and cancel this deal. Very strange because few weeks ago when I messaged her on Instagram she told me she isn't accepting Groupon for this but I can buy it directly. I purchased a Groupon for 6 endermologie treatments. I contacted the office on a Tuesday to ask some questions and left a voicemail asking for a call back. After no return call 4 days, I called again and spoke to a lady who answered the phone. She remembered my message and said she tried to call back but something happened and she couldn't get through. I continued to ask my question ask about the Endermologie treatments and she answered it but then informed me that they could not honor my Groupon due to the price being incorrect and that they haven't been able to get in touch with Groupon to try and edit / correct the price. She said they would be able to do the service I paid for, for $400.00 (not the Groupon price of $300.00) if I was still interested. I told her I already purchased the Groupon and said "so you won't honor this Groupon ?" and she said "unfortunately no but I think there is a way you can get a refund." Absolutely beyond disappointed, I was really excited to try this service and this company which received great reviews. There may have been an error BUT that was NOT my fault and they SHOULD honor what was already purchased...way to loose business !!! read more

Where to begin? I met Nisha a few months back, thru a stylist at a work event.Im lways in search of the best dermatologist in the area, any where from barrington to Skokie. I had schedule a consultation to talk about my acne scars. For those that suffer from any type of scarring def tell you that their very intimidating specialy if their on your face. So, as we proceed she recommended to have a fractional laser procedure done. What that does is overtime diminish the apperance of scars not only that but also produce collagen. I was a bit hessitant and nervous about this. She being caring, profesional and beyond knowledgeable she assured me that I would be happy with my results. the day off the procedure started off with a numbing cream after 30 -45 mins of waiting it was time to begin. I laid back and she took control. No pain during the process ( again that depends on what your level of tolerance) I had a cooling vacum that blew air it was quit refreshing .all I felt was hot pressure. after, 60 mins ,presto. I was done! I had look like I was out in the sun. there is slight of a down time which I highly recommend taking if you can. After a week, my results have been nothing more than just beyond amazing! Nisha, is really good at what she does she truly does take care of you and bonds more of a relationship with you and your skin. A total sweetheart!
