I have seen Courtney and Brandi and both of them provide a professional and relaxing experience. I have never had a massage before, but back pain and stress tension brought me in (a suggestion by my chiropractor). My masseuse walked me through what to expect, discussed my pain with me, and discussed how she could best help. We ended up doing a full-body deep tissue massage with a focus on the back. I really liked the low-light, comfortable room, which helped me relax into the massage. It felt relaxing and luxurious without feeling uncomfortably uppity. In all, it helped some with the back pain and a lot with the rest of the tension. I hope I can fit this into my budget again! read more

Worst experience ever. I had a 10am appointment. Hairdresser walks in at 10:02 with her kid in tow. Pulled all of her cutting tools out of her travel bag and proceeds to execute the worst haircut I've ever gotten. Apparently the "stylists" rent their chairs, so all I can say is whomever rents space to these people should hold them to some set of standards. Absolute waste of $40. read more

Booked my first massage with Joyce she was very nice and experienced. I had $100 gift card to use and the kind young lady at the front desk did not know how to enter, she called manager and manager instead of taking care of issue I waited for 20 minutes and ask me to pay with credit card and kept gift card. Was told manager will refund my credit card on Monday. 13 days later now owner nor manager will call back. They each called once and said not there fault and they would take care of it well they did not, instead they have my gift card #'s and my credit card payment and ripped me off. Its a shame that a business lies and steals from their customers. Worst experience ever. Please spend your $ where there is good management/owner that don't lie and steal. This is a great massage location. Far superior to any massage club chain. Glen Carbon location shares space with Hendrickson Hair Salon in Ginger Creek. Reception area has nice decor and treatment rooms are clean and inviting. Kaitlin does a great job. She is professional and I appreciate the little touches: not using too much massage oil, cognizant of draping/modesty, relaxing music/sounds, not too much conversation and a towel to cover my eyes when lying face up. I would highly recommend a massage at this location. read more

My Chiropractor suggested regular massage to help with the tight muscles in my back. I started going to Amanda twice a month and cannot begin to express how much better I feel. If I had time I would go weekly! I highly recommend her service. read more
