We have called the number multiple times left messages and sent emails and no has gotten back to us in 5 days! Funny thing my wife was getting her car washed they offered her the same thing and guess what it charged her full price! They took the time to point out the places where they'd found it impossible to get it looking as good as new - - of course there were some, in a 5-year-old car that has had some rough treatment. I'll definitely use them again. It's a multi-business building, and they're immediately behind the business that fronts on State St. (I went past them, thinking they were way at the back.)
